I haven't received my radiator yet, but hopefully I will be happy with them. I wasn't happy with the customer service though. Upon receiving an automated email about the delivery, I sent an email back to their team asking a question. Their reply just cut and pasted a paragraph from the previous email and didn't address my question at all. In fact that very paragraph was the whole reason I emailed them. It was very lazy and disappointed me when I have spent thousands with the company.

Arrived on time although item was left outside front door as nobody was home. Once it was taken out of box it was as advertised but did have a scuff mark on one side see photo so very disappointing

Your items should be 100% perfect and will have left that way, this is most likely transit damage. After waiting 12 days had to contact to be told there was a problem with delivery and then was informed 3 days later that delivery was imminent and it was, feel I should have been informed when they knew they had a problem and not wait until I complained

Radiator arrived but no valves as the courier had stolen them from the order. Your customer service was very good and the replacement valves arrived very quickly. However, I also had another radiator delivered with the replacement valves so I had to contact your customer service dept. to organise another courier to pick up the surplus radiator. Overall, the service was acceptable, I eventually got what I ordered and if I was being picky a thankyou email recognising my honesty in returning the surplus rad would of been appreciated.

Poor customer service and after sales. Purchased several cast rads but this time I ordered a pewter rad and not the old pewter I was meant to. Pewter is actually silver and old pewter is very dark brown. The valves are marked up as pewter but are actually old pewter in colour. Makes no sense. Said they could send me spray paint for £87!

Thank you for your review Stephen. I am sorry you ordered the wrong colour. Our customer service team did advise you could buy paint as this is a cheaper option for you than sending it back and having it repainted. The valves you ordered are a completely different brand to the radiators so are never going to match the finish. The colour you purchased is very clear as per the images on the website. I ordered a horizontal radiator and that was the label on the box delivered to me. However, the contents were a vertical radiator. Luckily it was possible to fit the vertical one into the space but not the most helpful of mistakes!

Prompt service and delivery but poor returns policy - they charge and exorbitant amount if you have to return an item compared to the customer arranging return. In my case £30 if they arrange a return - only £12 if the customer arranges a return.

Thank you for your review. The collection charge (fully insured service) comes directly from our logistics team in the warehouse which we then advise you with no extra charges included. We of course always give the option to arrange your own return, as discussed with you at the time.

Good at the ordering stage, slight delay on time scale of radiators being ready for despatch. However I was told I would get a phone call from the delivery company, and nothing, came home one day to find £1,500 worth of radiators laying in the front garden bushes. Not good!!! Not only could they have been taken, or damaged, but had a phone call been received I could have arranged plumber and help to get them indoors. Instead they had to stay there all day. How hard is it to txt or ring someone to say on way. Most companies let you know a time slot, even with a small parcel, with an item like this , it should at least have to be signed for ? Not a happy customer.

Goods arrived safely but unfortunately were too late so had to return them. Did so about 2 weeks ago but still not received a credit yet. Appreciate places are closed over christmas and we've had postal strikes.

Happy with radiators now that they have arrived. However, the delivery was confusing and ended up meaning I had to be in for two whole days as the messages from different carriers was contradictory. As a first time buyer of radiators, it would have been helpful if it was clearly explained that they would come without valves.

Trade Radiators are fine unfortunately possibly the transport caused a small dent I wasn't there to collect it and it was spotted by my installer who needed to finish the job, we are away for a month, but he sent us pictures of the minor but prominent damage.

Nice radiators, although one was leaking (didn't find out until it was installed) so had to wait nearly another two weeks for the replacement. I was also told I had to dispose of the faulty one, which was inconvenient!

I am very happy with the radiator we ordered, it looks great. I was dissatisfied with the delivery setup. I had to wait in all day for the delivery with a window 8am-5pm.

No problem with delivery and was packaged very well. Build quality of the radiator was not what I would expect for a 'designer' radiator costing nearly £350 - plastic covers on top of panels do not fit properly leaving gaps; bottom of the panels (aluminium extrusions) do not have covers on and have metal burrs where they've been cut, potentially a sharp hazard especially when lifting.

Unfortunately on this last occasion my experience with TR has been very disappointing. The first issue was the totally unreasonable huge price hike on my last purchase in comparison to a similar radiator I purchased in August 2021. On top of this, on installation, I received a faulty thermostatic valve and a faulty bleed valve as shown in image. TA sent me replacements in good time but, I have now to pay the plumber again to come and fit these parts at my cost. I should, in the very least be compensated for the inconvenience. I now have four of your cast iron rad's and plan to purchase another soon as my renovations continue but, may have to look elsewhere for a reasonable price.
