Please be aware that some radiators are bespoke, they look like they are from the catalogue and therefore subject to the 30 days return policy. I ordered a brass finish and was not happy with the colour but was told that it was non-refundable. I could understand if I had asked for a bespoke colour, but a brass finish is just a simple lacquer. Spent £500 on a Radiator that I thought was going to be the focal point of the room, but now it’s just going to have to be a dull thing in the corner - not happy !

We do offer a number of bespoke, made to order goods which are all clearly noted on the website before purchase, this includes the brass lacquered finish radiator that you ordered. We have looked into this for you and can see that the item you received is as per the images on the website. We did offer you the option to have this re-sprayed in a solid paint colour which you declined. If there is anything further we can assist with, please do get in touch with the customer service team.

This radiator is not what I expected, no where on the website did it say this range is TEXTURED. Unfortunately I didn't see this on the box before it was fitted. The size is also wrong, its 550 not 600 high as stated.

Reina Neval Horizontal Aluminium Designer Radiator, White, 600mm x 1171mm - Double Panel I order this radiator, firstly it is not 600mm it is 550mm, so now I need to decorate. The finish on this is textured, no where on the website does it say this. Unfortunately I was unaware of this until it was on the wall. I have reported this to trade radiators.

Curved radiator delivered OK. Fitting kit not usable for a curved radiator. Have contacted Trade Radiators and asked for the proper fitting kit, but still nothing received.

Sorry you found the brackets tricky, this is unusual and the same brackets that we provide with all of our towel rails trouble free. The correct fixings come with the rail (there is only one kind) and we've genuinely never had any issues. Radiators should always be fitted by a plumber who can install a towel rail like this quickly and easily for you.

Used these guys so many times before and just wanted to order a smart element for a towel rail. Tried 3 times on 3 different days and their website would not allow? I called to explain and placed the order over the phone. Item arrived without an invoice. Waited a week and still no invoice? (Or order confirmation or number, or anything?) So Tried to log on to my account and the website (something to do with Captcha I think) wouldn't allow this, just frozen. So another phone call to ask for my invoice. Tried to explain website is failing in so many ways? They were not interested? Was told invoice would be sent on email, still waiting? Good company gone bad, order from elsewhere, it's easier and less time consuming.

Hi Stuart, sorry this purchase wasn't as smooth as usual, we had a new system upgrade being implemented which caused a few temporary issues. There is no invoice, it's an email receipt, same as all your previous orders, which was sent instantly at the time of ordering, you replied to the email so definitely received it. This receipt is also a VAT receipt. I can see you have emailed asking for an invoice so may not have realised it's all on the original receipt for you. Everything is present and correct as it should be. We hope to welcome you back again in the future.

My original order was incorrect due to my misreading of the description of an electric radiator. My corrected order was delivered promptly but the preservative additive for filling the radiator was omitted and was delivered later after I complained. The insructions for fitting the radiator were cursory and unhelpful, but a video was available online, which I later tracked down. It would have been helpful if the instructions made some reference to this video. When I came to do the job I found the blanking plug had been omitted from the order despite my specifically requesting it and being assured it was included. I bought a blanking plug from Screwfix. The original radiator I ordered incorrectly is still awaiting collection for return. I had been told to await instructions concerning its collection but that was a month ago.

Disappointing as one valve drips despite being fully turned off. Checked by opening the valve and then turning off several times but still drips.

We purchased a Trade Direct 4 column radiator from Trade Radiators. It arrived promptly but we're really busy so didn't have chance to check it immediately. It's now 2 weeks later and we've opened it for the plumber to fit it, only to find it has been damaged in transit. However, Trade Radiators state that if you don't check your purchase within the 3 days of receipt, they accept no responsibility. We've gone ahead and had the radiator fitted because we can't afford to buy another one. Hopefully it will last.

Still only received half of my order, sent an email a week ago but heard nothing back. Apparently it was sent out separate to the first two and I should have received the third radiator later the same day as the others. That was a week and a half ago and still no sign of it

Appalling delivery service. You can’t track it. You can’t get a time slot. Got two emails from Trade Rads with the wrong day. Their “Customer Service” are a joke. Will never use again.

Hi Kerry, we are as flexible as we possibly can be and do offer a 28 day returns period but you were asking to return an item 4 months later which we unfortunately cannot accept, sorry.

Ordered a radiator which in the pictures looked more gold than bronze . When it arrived it was a extremely dark bronze nothing near gold. I then had to pay £42 to return . Picture on website misleading. Wouldn’t use again.

Sorry you weren't happy with the colour, unfortunately return courier charges are unavoidable for large items. We sell a lot of that colour and have genuinely never had anyone else unhappy with it so we're sorry that it wasn't suitable for you personally.

I wasn’t particularly impressed with the delivery, he turned up at 8.05am and new nothing about waiting for 20 mins while I inspected the radiator, I had to ask him for help to lift it off the pallet ( which he refused to take with him). I cannot move the radiator on my own to inspect it properly.

I can see that it was a Cast Iron radiator you ordered. We do send an email over when arranging delivery which does advise that the radiators are very heavy and you would require assistance with taking it in to the property as our drivers are uninsured to do this. It is normal process for our drivers to leave the pallet but he certainly should have waited the 20 minutes and I am sorry that this did not happen.

I am still waiting for delivery almost 3 weeks after purchase when the quoted delivery time was 1-2 delivery days. Even worse I can't get an answer on when the radiators will be delivered.

Trade radiators have always been spot on and normally would give 5 stars. Unfortunately their carriers tuffnells stank. When I found out delivery was due the same day,I rang for 20 minutes or so but no answer. I emailed them to let them know I wouldn't be in, I provided a contact number which they didn't contact me on to amend delivery. When I checked later the delivery driver had put items delivered. Not so. Sent another email and next morning managed to speak to a man who said marked as delivered but no proof of delivery. He then said nothing to do with them and I had to contact sender. Approx 2k value of radiators, trade radiators then delt with it. Told would need 48hours before it was resolved then I late afternoon as I'm about to go on the motorway get a call to say driver was outside job but no answer. Had to turn around an deal with delivery. The dgaf attitude of first man on phone at tuffnells just added to the stress levels of an otherwise delayed job. Trade radiators need to bin them as couriers. I've always had excellent service using them over some 15 years and never had an issue like this before.

The Service was Good,Very and very helpful .On delivery everything seemed OK , On the day of the fitting we found out we where a Bleed nipple short in one of the boxes ,Hay Ho these things happen but when they do its so annoying.

It was a little longer than expected to receive my goods and when I did there was damage to the top and side panels.

Hi, unfortunately the towel rail had two large dents on the upright tube which was only seen when being unwrapped prior to installation. As the plumber was here we carried on... It's not the end of the world, the dents can be hidden by hanging a towel over... The main reason for my reply is for you to look at your quality inspection for future sales.... Your items should be perfect and will have left that way, this is most likely transit damage.
