“The customer service at this company is absolutely fabulous. Their communication about our order has been so helpful, so prompt and so quick. They make you feel as though your order matters to them ...not just 'another order'. They stand out because it's unusual to have such attentive and prompt service in our experience . It's the second time we've bought a radiator from them and would wholeheartedly recommend them.”

“I ordered a heated towel rail for trade radiators after being let down by another company who couldn’t sort out their courier. First of all, trade radiator stopped in excellent range of brands that really competitive prices. Secondly, their communications were frequent and accurate, perhaps most importantly the radiator arrived slightly ahead of expected delivery which was a relief because my previous experience with the other company had caused me to lay off the plumber who is booked to do the job trade radiators insured I got the towel rail in plenty of time. The first time I’ve used them, but they are an excellent company and I’d entirely recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable supplier with a great range of products at very competitive prices and fair shipping costs.”
