“What a fantastic service. I originally ordered the wrong item which was sorted out immediately, with no fuss at all. When the radiator arrived it was really well protected and the radiator itself is great. I will absolutely be using Trade Radiators again as I start going through the house updating it.”

“Unfortunately my radiator came with non of the fixings or caps which happens, but what followed was the worst service i’ve dealt with in a while. The customer service teams are polite but full if false promises. I was told the fittings would be sent last monday but no confirmation email, chased on wednesday and was told they’d call me back that same day, exactly the same Thursday, then exactly the same Friday so 3 chases and 3 promises they would be in touch with an update (any update) and nothing. I’ve had to buy fixings that don’t really match the radiator in the end because I don’t trust the awful service i’ve had with this company.”

Hi Hannah Thank you for your feedback. I can see that we sent out a replacement fitting pack with the courier and they failed to deliver it. We raised this with the courier and we have to allow time for them to investigate what has happened to it. Rest assured we were chasing this every day for you. I am sorry if you were not called with updates and this feedback has been raised with my colleague as that is really not good enough. I did try and call you personally myself this morning but unfortunately you did not answer so I did send an email. The courier did confirm that the goods have been lost and a replacement fitting kit has been dispatched and should be with you in the next couple of days. I would recommend using that one as it is always best to use the fittings for the specific product. Really sorry again for any inconvenience caused. “I gave two stars because the radiator is stunning, however that is where the accolades cease. I was never told that a 'special' tool was required to assemble to radiator only to find out it involved a refundable £97 charge! I had to order it, my plumbers were on hold and FedEx failed to deliver the day it said it would. Now, I face the eprospect of having to pack up this 'tool' and ship it back. I'm furious. Shocking was to handle customer service.”

“Trade radiators is very good to deal with, easy online ordering, efficient and nice people to deal with. Delivery via DX, an absolute nightmare. Didn't deliver when they said they would. Lost the next rad and also failed to deliver the first day!! Damages the Trade Radiators brand.”

“I’ve placed 3 orders with Trade Radiators and they have been excellent. Love the Apollo Monday column radiators & West Delta satin nickel valves! I had a problem with one order due to the delivery company & Trade Radiators were brilliant, sending out a new set of valves the next day. Great customer service!”

“Radiator was not delivered on stated date and information about delivery to address not upfront/clear when ordering ( the radiator was left at entrance to block of flats rather than delivered to door). When examined the radiator was scratched and damaged (but outwith the checking time for a return). I would not use this company again.”

Our terms and conditions on our website do show that all of our deliveries are kerbside as the drivers are not insured to go in to your property and this was also on the delivery email we sent you. We also regret to hear about the condition of your radiator upon arrival. When you initially contacted us regarding the delivery there was no mention of any damage to the radiator and there was no contact made after to let us know there was an issue. Had we of been made aware we would have got that sorted out straight away for you. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts and we are here if you require any further assistance. “We ordered a large designer radiator and can confirm that delivery was exactly in line with that stated in their website. The delivery company kept us well informed on the delivery with updates on exact time to arrive. Very professional and helpful driver. The radiator has not been fitted yet as it's for our kitchen refit which is currently taking place. The product looks very good quality and we are confident that it will do the job required. “Product looks great. staff were very helpful. would have not ordered the valves had I not called. So maybe need to say this clearly on website. Installed today. so, if it works as good as it looks, I will be ordering the same for my main bathroom”
