“We purchased a Trade Direct 4 column radiator from Trade Radiators. It arrived promptly but we're really busy so didn't have chance to check it immediately. It's now 2 weeks later and we've opened it for the plumber to fit it, only to find it has been damaged in transit. However, Trade Radiators state that if you don't check your purchase within the 3 days of receipt, they accept no responsibility. We've gone ahead and had the radiator fitted because we can't afford to buy another one. Hopefully it will last.”

“Ordered a stainless steel towel radiator and a T-piece adaptor. This was one of the very few places which advertised the size rad I wanted. Was told rad would be delivered next day (it was!) and that the t-piece would come separately, probably the day after. It didn't. I gave it 5 days, then emailed to say there was no sign of it. I was credited within a few hours and bought the item locally. So a very minor annoyance, admirably dealt with by Trade Radiators.”

“I purchased 10 radiators from Trade Radiators for our house renovation. Very prompt delivery and in good order. One radiator had a faulty nut on it, so I contacted the company and in no time at all had a replacement. I cannot fault this company. I will certainly be ordering more radiators. Great products, great prices and fabulous service. Highly recommended.”

“The radiator arrived with damaged packaging and on inspection was found to have potentially damaged the radiator. I sent Kimberley pictures and she arranged for a next-day replacement and faulty item collection. Excellent product at the right price, our utility is probably now the hottest room in the house. All that so we can keep the towels dry for wiping the dog's feet when he comes in the house. I would highly recommend and will certainly be my first point of call if I am upgrading any more radiators.”

“Excellent product, good value and delivered on time. I had ordered a radiator from Victorian Plumbing but after a month of them messing me about on delivery had to cancel it. Trade Radiators delivered in 3 days as advertised.”
