“The radiator delivered was not what was ordered in as much as it did not match the description on the web site. Had I known this I could have ordered the cheaper variant perhaps. Delivery was very good. When I rang ti discuss the problem I was promised a call back which I never got. As I had the fitting scheduled there was not the opportunity to resolve tje description difference properly.”

“My order was for a Georgian Cast Iron Radiator in Old Penny. We missed the delivery time, however the driver telephoned us and arranged a second delivery that evening, which we really appreciated and thought was beyond the normal call of duty. The radiator was very well packaged on a pallet and once unpacked we were very impressed with the casting quality and the finish. In fact, we felt that the photos on the web site did not do the Georgian radiator justice for its slim, clean lines giving subtle elegance to this superb radiator design.”
