“Very pleased with the quality of the product i did have one problem with one of the stays it came with the two brackets threaded i had to drill out the thread on the outside bracket i will be ordering four thank you N Pepper”

“I sent back my items back for a refund in April and i am still waiting fro my refund, and all i keep getting back from them is they are checking with the warehouse, bad returns system”

Apologies for the inconvenience. Returns take time to come back and then be processed by the warehouse following which the refund instruction can then go through. Sorry that this took a little longer than usual, the warehouse were experiencing staff shortages.

“The website states radiators are in stock. But not stock with trade radiators. In stock with the manufacturer. So not really in stock at all with the retailer you purchase from. Somewhat disappointing and quite disingenuous. The valves cane super quick and I’m still waiting for the radiators. Which could be here at some point I think.......... Hence only 3 stars.if they actually do have it. You’ll get it fast. If not. Pull up a chair. It’ll be some time.”

Sorry you didn't look at the lead time before ordering, we have made it clear as we possibly can therefore absolutely not disingenuous in any way. Apologies none the less for the inconvenience this seems to have caused you.

“I purchased an Elliptical Tube Reversible Triple Bar Towel Rail. Unfortunatly upon delivery some damage was discovered. These things happen occasionaly. Contacted Trade Radiators re the problem and they sent an immediate replacement the next day. Great product and superb customer service. I would highly recommend this company. Many Thanks Andy”

“only just got round to fitting the radiator to the wall,very nice looking gloss finish,only downside was the bleed plug and blanking plug were missing but the 2 o rings were in the box.”

“Similar to previous reviewer. Ordered radiator 7th May and still awaiting contact from Courier Tuffnells, today (17th May) regarding a delivery date. Understand Trade Radiators need to investigate its whereabouts, which I queried with them 14th May, but disappointed to not have had any response. Seems to me they need to change their couriers. As the last reviewer points out an effort should be made to provide an immediate replacement, after all they are quick to take payment before delivery.”

“Ordered on 6 May 2021. Still not received my radiator and today it is 17 May 2021. I have chased several times and I’m told they can’t locate my radiator. Until they find it they say they can do nothing. I suggested they look after their customer and send me another immediately but they say their processes require them to investigate its whereabouts first. Of course they want to find it but meanwhile the customer suffers. I have no radiator and the additional cost of bringing my plumber back a second time to fit- assuming g it ever arrives”

“The radiators arrived at the specified time, they were very carefully packed which meant that they were in perfect condition. The driver was both friendly and helpful which made the delivery "experience" stress free. Oh and by the way, the radiators are rather lovely!!”
