Fabulous radiator just what I wanted. Staff at Glasgow office very helpful when problem ordering online. Good price and free delivery. BUT big drawback is the strict policy that you open and check radiator on arrival for damage by courier felt very sorry for the driver on strict schedule and only a few days 3 I think to report faults. You are warned not to arrange fitting until radiator delivered. Have I got this all right? Sorry but puts me off ordering again from you.

Thanks for your review, we're delighted you're pleased with your new radiator. You don't need to check the radiator while the delivery driver is there, you have 3 working days to check over the items and notify us of any damages and if there are any damages we replace items the very next day for you. All online retailers have the 3 day rule simply because we are unable to claim courier damages after this time. Faults are completely different and are covered by our extensive guarantee, the Saturn radiator you have has a 15 year guarantee. Hope this puts your mind at ease. Thanks for shopping with us.

Tried to change delivery address, in the end took 5 days before I got the radiators. I called trade radiators twice for help and both times no one returned my calls.

Sorry for the inconvenience. When a customer changes the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched and sent to a local delivery depot this does then cause a delay. Your delivery took place 3 working days later than scheduled due to the change of address. Apologies again for the delay this caused.

One radiator had damaged side panel and top grill on right hand corner , suggesting it had been dropped possibly. No time to return so we have had to remove all panels and discard them.

The item purchased was not as pictured. There are 2 pictures on the sales listing - both different from each other and neither is a picture of the actual item. I was expecting a towel rail as pictured in the main picture however the wall brackets are located in a different place making the space for towels narrower. I would not have purchased, however the pipes had already been set before I saw what came out of the box so too late to returrn. The "other" picture shows the wall brackets correctly but the number of horrizontal towel bars at in the bottom part is not correct. Accurate pictures are essential and basic requirement for on line sales. Delivery however was swift - next day as promised and full tracking / info given en route.

Radiator fell off the wall after installation as the brackets could not support the weight rad with water

This sounds like an installation issue as no radiator will fall off the wall once it has water in it unless, like anything, it has been poorly installed. It will definitely be down to installation (which we assume your fitter then rectified for you) but do please call us if you need any help or guidance on 0141 225 0430 as we are here to help. The radiators were fab, but we waited in all day Friday as per the delivery slot, with the radiators instead coming on Monday when we were at work.

I recently purchased two 1600x400 column rads. One was packed well and all the contents were in there. One had clearly been repacked, double tape on the box, top rad bleed screw were fitted, only half the quantity of fixings and the rubber inserts for the brackets were cut too short to be of any use. Not very good final inspection or quality control.

Having purchased a radiator that arrived damaged and was not as described on the website, I was sent a replacement, but runs could be seen on the coating. Owing to the imminent start of my plumber, I had no option but to accept the radiator. I thought I had selected a good quality designer radiator but was dissapointed as it was not good value for money.

We had a new radiator from this company which leaked within a very short time.The replacement did the SAME.The THIRD one lasted for three and a half years, and has now sprung a leak too. There's nothing wrong with our system - no other radiators in the house have EVER leaked. You really have to question the build quality. I'm waiting to see if they are going to offer a refund, as I am NEVER going to get another radiator from Trade Radiators again.

We are incredibly sorry for the issues you've had with this radiator. Following a few issues (as you have described) with this particular model, we decided to withdraw it completely, which we did as soon as we realised it was ongoing and not a one off. We were equally disappointed as this is by no means our usual extremely high standard of product. So please do, once again, accept our most sincere apologies. This review request is too early as there's an unresolved issue I'm waiting on their customer service to respond to me. The three radiators I ordered had all had their packaging badly damaged by the courier,(DX) who ripped one radiator off a hook on the floor of the van - leaving a big gash in the protective packaging and damaging the radiator paintwork. I immediately sent photos of the damage to Trade Radiators, they' responded 5 days ago that they're looking at my issue, but not got back to me since So I can't comment yet on the radiators, but sadly the service and response has been poor, and I'm having issues with anything delivered by DX for my postcode, such that I would have ordered from someone else if I'd known they used DX.

Hi Michele, as you know, we have been waiting for you to get back to us to let us know if any of your items are actually damaged. We received lots and lots of pictures from you, of just packaging/boxes. You still hadn't checked the items so see if there were any actual damages. Packaging doesn't get replaced obviously but damaged goods do of course however we do need to know a) if you do have any damaged items, b) images of the actual radiator damages and c) confirmation of which item(s) are damaged, if any. First time using TradeRadiators and I firstly want to point out that the quality of the products is excellent - no problems there. The 3 radiators and 2 heated towel rails I ordered look great and (eventually) arrived well-packaged, which leads me on to my next point which reflects my overall negative review score. Unfortunately the whole experience was ruined by a poor delivery service experience. Two separate couriers were used as the items were coming from separate warehouses, which is fair enough. TradeRadiators advised that deliveries from separate couriers are deliberately planned to arrive on the same day to minimise hassle and inconvenience for the customer. This is great because as you can imagine, these bulky items need to be signed for and can’t be left in ‘safe place’ or ‘with a neighbour’, especially when you live in a large apartmemt complex like myself. However, the first courier, DX Delivery, provided no estimated delivery time, not even an am or pm slot which I find ridiculous given the fact that they can only deliver Mon - Fri and like most people, you don’t want to take a days’ annual leave just to sit in waiting all day for a delivery. I had to contact TradeRadiators to get an update on the drivers whereabouts. The lady I spoke to, Amanda, was very pleasant and eager to help. She was able to make contact and the delivery (3 rads) arrived around 2pm - no problem. What was then incredibly disappointing was to find out that the other courier, APC overnight (2 towel rails) had made a cock-up at the depot, meaning that the remaining items couldn’t be delivered until the following morning between 8-10am. I had to ask for more time off work so I could be home to receive the items. Next day, 10.30am, still no sign of delivery. I phone up a TradeRadiators again to chase - they couldn’t make contact with the courier. After several more phone calls and contacting the depot directly, I found out that the estimated delivery time was now 2pm as there ‘was a driver issue’. Luckily I made the decision to stay at home after making further arrangements with work, because the items ended up arriving at 12.30pm. I’m totality, I had to take 1.5 days out of work to receive these items. I honestly don’t know what other people do when there’s such poor communication and lack of flexibility and organisation from the couriers. Sadly from my experience all I can say is TradeRadiators has fantastic products, but an unacceptable delivery service which has put me off buying from them again.

Very sorry that you've had issues with delivery, this isn't usually the case so we apologise. On looking into it the courier did attempt delivery on the scheduled date and there was no one in so they left a card. The goods were eventually returned to sender and we had them re sent on the date you requested and this ended up being a day later which isn't ideal. Apologies for the inconvenience. Julie (Manager)

The radiators ordered were delivered to the wrong street causing a wasted afternoon tracking them down. 1 Radiator was damaged before packing and I am still waiting for a reply from customer service regarding a replacement.

Still waiting on Radiators we ordered on 1st of November. It was understood that the Custom Paint ones we ordered would take extra time but we are waiting on ones that would have most likely came “off the shelf” and three of the six valves we ordered are not here either... the company have been pretty poor at their customer service. I don’t think I would recommend this company to anyone where time is a factor in their project. We are currently updating the heating system of our house and have had the floors up for a prolonged period of time due to not having radiators to set the pipes to. I’m very disappointed in the service we have received; especially after our order total amounted to over £1500. On a better note, The radiators that have arrived are perfect. I am delighted with them!

I ordered two radiators. Only one arrived the next day and that had no fittings in the box which was burst. The next day the second radiator arrived, this box was in even worse condition, the radiator was bashed and the fittings were bent. The only saving grace was how quickly customer support helped me out. I would change the carrier and check the packaging used.

It's unfortunate that you weren't in and had gone ahead and booked a plumber without having the goods. I'm glad to see that we fulfilled the order 100% and in the correct given timeframe.

Getting fed up that the only 3 of the 5 radiators we have ordered have arrives and 2 keep getting put back saying they are coming later. The guys on the phone however have been very helpful.

I bought 3 electric towel Radiators with thermostatic elements on line during the Easter holiday and after placing the order changed my mind about what sort of element I wanted for 2 of them so I contacted Trade Radiators inmnediately. I paid the difference and was told I'd have to return one of them when received. That's where the fun started. Apparently they were using 3 different carriers to deliver the goods separately. Confusion ensued as a result. Items were missing, I've received the wrong items and was told a radiator had been returned by a courier only to have it delivered that same day. Furthermore, the quality and finish on one of radiators is very poor. The bracket is very badly manufactured and it's impossible to fit any of retaining bolts provided in any of them because the holes are so awkwardly threaded rendering them totally useless. I still have items to return but am awaiting responses to emails I have sent. Not the greatest of experiences. I shall steer clear in future.
