“We bought 3 radiators from Trade Radiators between 2012 and 2013 and they were received promptly and undamaged. However the other day one of them became faulty but we were dealt with brilliantly and professionally when we reported the fault. I would like to say a big thankyou for the prompt and efficient service we received when our radiator became faulty. It was excellent and we could not believe that we had a replacement radiator back on the wall within 48 hours. We will use Trade Radiators again and will inform all family and friends of the great service and quality products that you provide. A Big Thank You Again The Hunters Clitheroe”

“These guys are brilliant, I ordered at the worst possible time of year (the Crimbo break) and to my absolute surprise the radiator arrived a couple of days after it was ordered. So quick that nobody was home, but a quick call to the courier and they arrived back at the the house the same day I called. Simply superb i couldn't have asked for better service.”

“The radiator arrived very quickly and was as good quality as I expected, however it took several phone calls and 3 more packages before the correct, full fixing kit was delivered. I would have thought that there would have been some way of registering for the 15 year guarantee.”
