“Bought an electric towel radiator from Trade Radiators last summer. They couldn't supply the exact model I wanted, but upgraded it for free to a better model. We were very happy with it, but it started leaking last week. Phoned yesterday to ask whether we could just top it up, and whether we could get a replacement cap to swap for the one that had leaked. The person I spoke to (Nick - thanks, very helpful) phoned back to tell us they were sending out a new replacement radiator. It arrived this morning. When I phoned to say thank you, and let them know how impressed I am, they said they prefer to replace the entire unit if a radiator has leaked. My experience of Trade Radiators has been entirely positive, rarely is doing business - especially when something goes wrong - so easy. Great communications, no holding on the phone waiting for an answer, staff are courteous and helpful. Excellent. Highly recommend them.”

“There should be a 6th star for Excellent as Very Good is not nearly enough!! We are absolutely delighted with the first class service and products from Trade Radiators. Our new Ferroli 1600 x 600 chrome curved towel radiator really looks the part and adds a professional touch to our new family bathroom; it also delivers the right amount of heat and warmth! We also purchased the towel hanger and thermostatic radiator valves so we are fully equipped. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the high standard of customer service or the range of products available from Trade Radiators.”

“Overall very good. My only problem was that the valves for our cast iron Victorian-style radiators (`Balmoral Antique brass') are made of a metal which looks nothing like traditional brass. Instead it looks like a modern alloy, which detracts from the period appearance of the radiators.”

“Lovely radiator, modern and appears to be efficient. Mounting brackets are not as robust as they could be as I am using microbore along skirting, which does not assist in holding down radiator. Got small leak from Rad valve connection even though I used plenty ptfe tape and fitted hand tight as instructed. Will have to remove and drain down rad at later date to refix.”
