“I had the flat chrome towel rail installed which looks wonderful BUT the plumber should have told me it did not heat the room, just the towels! I am having it removed and will be purchasing a regular small radiator like I used to have for the bathroom , as for some reason the towel rail does not radiate the heat around the room and it is freezing in there.”

“Having spent £260 on a stainless steel towel radiator I assumed it would be of a good quality. Unfortunately when I went to install it I found not only was it not flat in relation to the wall by about 10 mm on bottom left hand corner but neither was it square. When fixed with the horizontal rails level the vertical rails where out by about 20 mm from top to bottom. Although I know I have left it to long to make a claim I just want to let other people know not to buy this product as it is of inferior quality.”

As you have not contacted us to let us know there may be a problem with your towel rail we have been completely unaware until you posted an online review today. All of our products are of superb quality with extensive guarantees (your particular item 25 yr) so if an item is in fact faulty then we would of course replace it immediately within the appropriate guarantee period (in your case 25 years). A quick call to our helpful Customer Service team would have rectified this quickly and easily.
