“I ordered a cast iron radiator from Trade Radiators in the colour old penny. The product price was extremely competitive. There was plenty of product choices in terms of types of radiator, size and colour. My order was despatched very quickly (within a couple of weeks) and I am fully satisfied with the radiator. Overall a great service.”

“Easy to get the information required to order the right radiator. The order process was clear and easy. Sadly they delivered one radiator incorrectly and it had to be swapped, but this was resolved so quickly and without fuss that it was almost as if there had never been an issue. I will use this company again in the future for all my radiator requirements. Very pleased. I would have given 5 stars but for the error made.”

“I ordered a chrome towel rail for our bathroom re-fit, but this item disappeared in the hands of the courier company, and could not be found. I contacted Trade Radiators after waiting 4 days, and a re-placement arrived the next day, delivered by the same courier company. Overall i received an excellent service and would use again.”

“Love the look of this radiator bought for my new kitchen. It's not been fitted as fitters have not finished kitchen yet.Staff very helpful when ordering on phone and delivery was amazingly fast.”

“I'm very pleased with my radiator and with Trade Radiators. I initially had a small problem but a replacement was sent immediately without any problem. I was particularly impressed with Stacey Love who made sure everything was sorted out as quickly as possible. I think the quality of the radiator is excellent and represents very good value for money. The delivery is 'next day' and you also have peace of mind with at least a 10 year guarantee. I would thoroughly recommend Trade Radiators.”

“Wasn't at all happy with the service after a week and a half of waiting I then had to contact you to then find out the item was not in stock. I feel as though you could of contacted me to let me know what was happening”
