Dear Mrs Tate, I am sorry that you have not yet received your delivery, as you know we have been looking into this for you. TNT Couriers have in fact attempted delivery on 3 different occasions and there was no one in, it has now been re-arranged again for you with a scheduled delivery date of Friday 12th August before 10am. “Although my radiator has not been fitted yet, the quality of the product is excellent. The delivery next day was excellent. The radiator was packed very well. I would certainly recommend Trade Radiators as a very professional company.”

“I have bought a flat panel radiator through Trade radiators after reading only positive reviews online.I couldn't be happier with the service provide! I have been well informed about the progress of delivery and the goods have arrived after 4 days.Absolute superb service from start to finish! And I have ordered some more radiators which are coming today.Totally satisfied customer!!!!!”

“I am very pleased with my purchase of a 1400mm x 500mm curved chrome towel rail. I ordered on a Monday morning and took delivery of the goods on the Tuesday morning. Unpacked and checked and installed by Tuesday afternoon. Excellent quality and performance. Many Thanks Dave”

“I love the product, it's exactly what I wanted. I also appreciated a colour swatch being sent out before the order was processed, this worked out great for me as I ended up changing the colour of my order. The only downside was once I approved the swatch i expected to receive the radiator within 7 days as advertised and I arranged a plumber to install the radiator with this time frame in mind. I had to chase them on the 5th day to confirm and I recited a pretty rude phone call to say we wouldnt get it until the following week. No apology was offered and the adviser was pretty unhelpful about the whole sitaution considering. It was such a shame because until that point I was so pleased with them but if I needed more radiators I would have to think carefully about using them again.”

Dear Emma, I called and left you a message as soon as you posted your review (before which we had no knowledge of there being any issue) but I haven't heard back from you. I have looked into the matter thoroughly and can confirm the following: we received your order 27/6, you subsequently changed your mind on colour but didn't return the signed colour approval form to Apollo until 14/7, you emailed the manufacturer Apollo Radiators at 10pm on 20/7 chasing (stating that the radiator had to be fitted that weekend). As (you know) those particular radiators are painted to order we cannot commence the painting until your written consent has been received. Apollo then advised you by phone that your delivery was scheduled for 26/7 which falls well within our advertised lead time of 7-10 working days. I understand that you booked your plumber ahead of organising the radiator but there was no delay with your order on our side. We had to wait for you to return your approval form before proceeding. All of the communication you have referred to in your review was in fact with Apollo and not us (Trade Radiators). As always, please do no hesitate to contact the Trade Radiators Customer Service team on 0141 225 0430. I'm very glad that your are so pleased with your radiator. Thank you. “Absolutely fabulous customer service. I ordered my product online and received a email 20 minute later to inform me that my order had been received and had been dispatched. Approx eta of delivery for next day. Radiator arrived next day as promised. Thankyou trade radiators”

“Web page offered a style to fit in with the existing radiators, a btu calculator to help me select the right size and delivered quickly in good condition for its awkward 1.8m size. Just waiting for the plumber to connect it next week.”

“Ordered a Quinn radiator with thermostatic valves and received them promptly. Although the radiator needed to be ordered I was kept informed when it was to be delivered. I also phoned to check what I needed and the service was excellent. Thank you”
