Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Radiators arrived promptly, but I had made a mistake thinking that the finish was black gloss when in fact they were matt finish. Contacted Trade Radiators who were happy to arrange for the radiators to be collected and returned at my cost. Very helpful and professional company to deal with, would definitely recommend. Shame they didn't have what I wanted as I would have preferred to give them my business.”
