“I’ve placed three orders with Trade Radiators over the last month. Each time the delivery process was completed timely. I opted for the Oslo column - raw metal radiator. “This was my first time using trade radiators & had a couple of issues with the radiator I bought. But their customer services resolving the issue was second to none, absolutely fantastic it rectifying the issue if very quick time. “What a fantastic service. I originally ordered the wrong item which was sorted out immediately, with no fuss at all. “We ordered a large designer radiator and can confirm that delivery was exactly in line with that stated in their website. The delivery company kept us well informed on the delivery with updates on exact time to arrive. Very professional and helpful driver. The radiator has not been fitted yet as it's for our kitchen refit which is currently taking place. The product looks very good quality and we are confident that it will do the job required.
