When i contacted them to find out if my order had been dispatched i had a prompt reply and as per their word my order was dispatched the next day.They were let down by a poor delivery service,I emailed them again to find out where my order was but haven’t had a reply.Order turned up next .

We are terribly sorry that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been Ken. The courier service has let us all down here which is not our usual standards at all. I ordered with Trade Radiators as I had bought from them before. This time I did not receive any updates about my order or delivery. Many days had gone by and I contacted them. I told them how surprised I was to have not heard anything. Anyway the very nice customer services woman got right on it and I received my radiator soon after. I think it was just a minor glitch but they handled it very well.

Radiator was good but white valves were poor quality, I expected a better paint finish or even stove finish. I will have to buy a spray to cover damage when it was fitted

Nice radiator Shame there is no advise that you need to buy legs to support it… wasted plumber trip = yet more delays & still no heating

Hi Kat, the feet are 'optional' and not essential, these are wall hung radiators. Some customers choose to have the feet as they like the overall look with them, some customers may choose feet as the wall the radiator is going on isn't great. Sorry you feel you had a "wasted plumber trip", you just bought the radiators from us, nothing else. Product description could be better as the pictures and description dose not say that the top of the radiator has chrome trim

Thanks for your review Aaron and sorry you're not happy. Maybe it was the device you were using to browse our website that didn't show our product images well enough for you. The radiator is exactly as shown on our images which are also identical to the photos you sent us of the radiator you received, there is no difference between them. We're guessing it's possibly been the brightness or contrast settings on your device when placing your online order as it's very clearly shown as chrome on top. We, of course, don't want our customers to be unhappy so offered to collect the radiator for a refund but you said you'd rather keep it. Sorry again that you're unhappy.

let's be clear, I would not hesitate to order one of the smaller rads again, the system and service were fine, this turned up fine and in good condition, but I would be less likely to order a rad over 1.5m . This is because of the courier aspect and potential poor handling. my large rad had several dents and scuffs due to only one man being tasked with oversized and heavy delivery. It clearly had been dropped and dragged which resulted in the damage incurred.

3/5 because of issues with the courtier company. Unfortunately my radiator arrived damaged, but still functional. The courier informed me in the morning that they would be delivering the radiator at some point that day and that someone had to be in. There was no option to say leave in a safe place and no indication of what time frame it would be delivered. It would be much better if we could be given advanced warning of what day it would be delivered and an idea of time.

The review is affected badly by the courier Tuffnells used by trade radiators which is a shame as the order and transaction had been effective and efficient however as soon as the courier got involved things went badly. Yasmin at Trade radiators did all she could and kept helping and updating us, you need to use a courier who has better options for leaving items with neighbours, and one who does not tell you they have been twice which I know is untrue, 1 week delay due to the couriers, zero out of 10 for Tuffnells but this reflects on the experience with the radiator supplier which is a shame

We are really sorry that the delivery was not nearly as smooth as it should have been. The couriers had been struggling due to driver shortages due to COVID and Brexit but it's still not good enough, sorry again.

Great radiator, good price. Looks really good in the freshly decorated living room. Photocopied instructions for hanging and dressing the radiator were not clear; they appeared to be about 100th generation copies as the images were very blurred. I managed to find the manufacturer's originals on-line. We missed the delivery, but they left it with a neighbor. We were supposed to get a call from the delivery driver on a number that I provided, to ensure we were in, but the driver didn't call that number. No drama though. Decent experience, some aspects not as good as others, but I would use them again

The website states radiators are in stock. But not stock with trade radiators. In stock with the manufacturer. So not really in stock at all with the retailer you purchase from. Somewhat disappointing and quite disingenuous. The valves cane super quick and I’m still waiting for the radiators. Which could be here at some point I think.......... Hence only 3 stars.if they actually do have it. You’ll get it fast. If not. Pull up a chair. It’ll be some time.

Placed my order then I received e Mail to say that the radiator was out of stock. I was offered another same model But in a different colour. I accepted this. I never received any information that this was on its way and when I e mailed I was told I would receive an e Mail when it was dispatched Never heard a thing for well over the delivery timescale. I e mailed again more than once and never received a reply. I had to end up phoning to be told that there was an error made with stock levels and it was out of stock. I did think of going elsewhere but with having someone booked to fit this I decided to check for another radiator. I called back with the one I wanted and I have to say from here the service was excellent. It was ordered I was partially refined for the difference in the price and received goods 2 days later as promised. For this part I would score them a 5. If only they had kept me informed at the beginning I would have scored higher

Even though the website indicated 7-10 days delivery it was eventually 16 days. No contact from them during this time - I had to email/phone them. Can’t complain about the price, though.

Decided to buy from Trade Radiators because they offered next day delivery. It took a few days. Ordering wasn’t great either as I had to call to check whether it was in stock as site giving conflicting messages.

Radiators are great but how come delivery was unloading from truck service only?! How is a single female person expected to carry them to the flat on 4th floor, especially when they have been delivered late in the evening? You shouldn't use delivery courier for such heavy items. Small items are delivered to our door so there is no excuse not to deliver heavy items to our door.
