Radiator came with 3 brackets but only 2 plastic u shaped inserts. Should have been 1 for each support slot which totals 6.

Our radiator went missing I had to cancel my plumber and carpet fitter and a replacement can’t be provided! Very disappointed

Radiators are good quality no issues there however the delivery company "Tuffnels" absolutely shocking turned up.on own left pallet radiators on footpath my wife had to drag up drive to get in house , couldn't give me a timeslot when was coming shocking

Positives Easy to order and quick delivery Negatives Although the rad was well packed when I opened it a few days later the rad had received a heavy drop on one corner which buckled the corner and the paint cracked off, also the clip on grill on the top of the rad was twisted and buckled. So my issue is the delivery part as said the rad was well packed so how can that happen if a little care was taken in delivery ?

The customer services team were great but Trade Radiators need to think about using another courier. I was missing an item from my initial delivery and it took a further week until I received it! Not good if you are working to tight timescales.

Already made a complaint, aware of the present situation, however, service was very poor. I also work full time and I'm self-employed aged 65 if you can't cope you should make people aware. Possible its partially down to the distributor, also the radiator valve the seating flange poor mould/machined I had to modify both rads purchased taper poor.

Our apologies there was a delivery delay, this is not uncommon at the moment due to COVID which is having an impact on logistic networks across the UK. The goods were dispatch on time as advised but the courier had a delay, sorry again. If there is an issue with the radiator we will of course have this resolved for you, we are currently still waiting on you getting back to us after we contacted you regarding the issue and look forward to hearing from you in due course.

Unfortunately can’t give more than 2stars 1 star for delivery APC Not on time, app useless and promising over the phone day after day. I can understand busy time now, but somehow other couriers are on time. 3 stars for quality of radiator(towel rail) on picture or website looks amazing , says stainless steel but reality is different. I hope it’s stainless steel and not is going to get rusty. On box and few pages on instruction there is no single word about stainless steel.. But the main thing what’s concerning me is things inside - loose , when you turn around you can hear rolling from one end to another. I hope they not going to affect a heating element etc. So altogether 2stars I haven’t connected yet, I hope it works.

I had not been notified of my radiator delivery so I called customer service for an update. The lady in customer service was polite and said she would call me back once she had contacted the warehouse. To date I still have not had a call and still do not know what is happening with my radiator delivery.

The product you have ordered has a lead time of 5-10 working days and we are still well within that time period. The logistics team are doing their very best and will contact you to arrange delivery. Delays are not uncommon at the moment due to COVID but we are still looking to deliver to you on time. Thank you for your patience

There was no notification of delivery date on ordering but going by the other reviews it should be quick... Not so..with still no notification I called a few days after ordering to be told that the item ordered takes 5 to 10 working days to get dispatched. When it did eventually arrive and was unpacked it was damaged on one end..looks like it could have been dropped.. possibly in transit but who knows. The lightly damaged area will be be hidden but the item has, as yet, not been fitted. Make your own opinion..

Delivered a damaged radiator then replaced with another damaged radiator. You’d think they would check a product before sending it as a replacement.

Rad arrived damaged, been dropped on a corner. Poor packaging and poor handling. Couriers are the worst part of online retail.

The couriers have attempted delivery twice (no one has been at the delivery address on each occasion) and we have not had any calls or emails form you regarding any issues with the delivery. Following your review, we have this morning left you a voicemail and also sent you an email asking you to contact us to discuss this, we look forward to hearing from you.

Could have done much better. I had an email to say the radiator would be delivered Friday, even gave the drivers name. It was not delivered despite the tracking link saying it had been. It was delivered Monday morning. By the time I answered the door bell the driver was driving away. One end cover of the radiator was damaged, I reported this on Monday but have heard no more. The damage to the end cover was clearly caused by mishandling

The Trade Direct Saturn is a nice radiator to look at, but the tail pipe connectivity design is non existent. The tail pipes are screwed in and held in solely by PTFE tape which I still haven't been able to seal properly. I have to drain and try again for the third time. Not good!

The radiator is straight forward and should be really easy for your fitter to install. If you're attempting to fit yourself we would always advise using a professional installer to ensure it's fitted correctly the first time and to ensure your guarantee remains valid.

Ordered the product and no issues. Delivery date confirmed as Friday 21 February. Nothing arrived by 1800 hrs on the date but on the tracking system it said parcel had arrived and had been signed for. Emailed Trade Radiators and the Courier (having tried to call both without success). No response for over 24 hours until courier called to say their records indicated parcel had arrived but driver was off so they were unable to confirm. Then left the house at 10.00am on Sunday 23 February to find product and extras dumped on the doorstep. Nothing signed for and I have no idea what time on the Sunday morning they had been left there. we live on a busy London street so that wasn't ideal. Still no communication from Trade Radiators on this although we did receive an apology from the courier company. Overall, not a great delivery experience although the product is good and was priced competitively.
