“Overall really happy and with a specific example where they delighted: The delivery company weren't great and ultimately my radiator taps were returned. The guys at trade radiators stuck it back in the post at no extra charge, no questions if challenges. Small thing but having spent nearly £2k on radiators it's the kind of thing that would have me coming back without a second thought. You can really outshine your competition by putting your customers first. Well done!”

“Bought a black aluminium radiator with a powder coat finish. It was delivered quickly and very well packaged. Unfortunately it was in poor condition with the powder coating missing and one if the towel rails misshapen. As there was no loose material in the packaging the radiator had obviously been despatched in that condition. I didn't have the time to return it so at my plumbers suggestion tried to colour it in with a black marker - not ideal, or very successful!”

“Quality radiators at the best price - No reflection on Trade Radiators themselves, but as seems often the case, the delivery was screwed up by the parcel firm at my end. One small criticism is that the column radiator was not well packed , as the box was only lightly sellotaped together,and the delivery driver said it had come apart when he picked it up from the depot causing the radiator to slide out - luckily no damage.”
