“We ordered the radiators on Sunday afternoon and they arrived Tuesday the delivery service is great. We have checked them and they are exactly what we wanted we have not had them fitted yet but we are so far very pleased with our purchase”

“Tried to change delivery address, in the end took 5 days before I got the radiators. I called trade radiators twice for help and both times no one returned my calls.”

Sorry for the inconvenience. When a customer changes the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched and sent to a local delivery depot this does then cause a delay. Your delivery took place 3 working days later than scheduled due to the change of address. Apologies again for the delay this caused.

“I needed a replacement heated ladder towel rail, I went online for the product I wanted, up popped Trade Radiators, they had competitive pricing plus post free, most importantly it showed item in stock. I ordered it Sunday evening, they mailed me Monday saying item on its way, Tuesday morning radiator delivered. . Superb pricing, Superb communications, Superb delivery. 10/10 plus plus plus. The Towel rail is brilliant as well.”
