“Very communicative company - I would always receive a reply to any email I sent within a few hours. I commissioned a curved radiator for my bedroom bow window. The radiator arrived sooner than expected, was beautifully designed and fit the bow window perfectly.”

“Really easy ordering and great care in packaging. However, aluminium radiator instructions did not identify that plugs are both left hand and right hand thread. Plugs very poorly engineered as well. Manufacturer has lessons to learn. Well done wholesaler!”

“Can’t recommend Trade Radiators highly enough. I’ve bought from them many times and always received great products and fantastic service. On the one occasion I experienced a problem (rad damaged by courier) they resolved the issue immediately without question. I will absolutely be using them for all my future radiators.”

“So far, so good. The online catalogue, selection process, ordering, price, payment and delivery of the radiator I have chosen have all gone very smoothly. I can fully recommend this. As yet, the radiator and fittings are not installed so I cannot comment further. If they work and last as well as the service experienced so far, then 5 stars would be the rating.”
