“Within four weeks of meeting Simon and being introduced to TCL our panels are installed and fully operational with no glitches, problems or other issues. Parts delivered Monday, scaffold erected Tuesday, installation team on site Wednesday, scaffold down Thursday! Job done! Installation team explained function and operation of the system and how to get help or questions addressed if needed. System was monitored by technicians after installation to ensure fully operational. Really good job, thanks guys.”

“OUTSTANDING…..If we could give more than 5* we would. Simon was recommended to us by friends who also had a very good experience. Simon was easy to understand and when asked about the equipment they would be using he emailed all the product sheets to us that evening. We decided to go ahead and order on 20th March and were given an installation date of 26th April just 5 weeks later!! We were a little bit apprehensive as you hear of some horror stories (Our neighbour being one of them) We needn’t have worried Simon’s brother David called and gave us a breakdown of exactly how it was going to proceed, Scaffolding Mon/Tue, Panels arrive Mon, Battery Tue and it’ll all be installed Wednesday and that’s exactly what happened and the scaffolding was all gone by the following Monday. It’s up, we’re saving money and making money. So happy with the service from these guys and their teams and would highly recommend to anyone.”

“The previous owner of my house had solar panels installed by TCL Solar. I was informed that the panels were not working to full capacity and that I should arrange to have a service/maintenance check carried out. I contacted TCL and spoke to David who was extremely helpful and he explained that there's little or no maintenance required other than having the panels cleaned when needed. He then proceeded to talk me through a checklist and we discovered that my meter was not working correctly. This was due to a previous power cut or surge that I wasn't aware of. I would recommend TCL Solar to anyone, especially those who value a professional and excellent aftercare service. Amazing company even though I wasn't their original customer.”

“We used TCL Solar for solar panels and battery installation and cannot rate the service high enough. We had a few companies quote for us but Simon was the only person who actually came out and confirmed the installation would work and fit in the property with a full survey of house, loft and electrical locations, others just used a photo from Google maps. They were compatible in price and provided a personal touch before, during and after the install. Simon and David were great offering advice and answers to installs and technical Would highly recommend”

“Great company to deal with and excellent quality of installation. For a non standard installation in an old house, the electrical work was completed and finished in a very professional manner. All questions regarding the technical proposal were explained fully before contract and supported by 2 staff visits to site, which was very good compared to competitors. Can't speak highly enough about the 2 staff who were on site and completed the job to a very high standard. Good communication from TCL throughout and the job completed on time. Definitely recommend this company..”

“We had a good half a dozen quotes from various companies ranging from local to national companies. I was expecting a fairly consistent level of estimates and plans for where to place the panels. How wrong I was. Everyone had a "unique" selling point from the strength of the panels, ("you can park a car on our panels" said one salesman), to paying for the installation over 15 years with an interest rate that took the cost to nearly 32K! It was all getting a bit much, to say the least. We began the whole thing by getting a quote from TCL Solar but as we already had all the other companies booked in thought we'd let them all give us estimates and go from there. That turned out to be a complete waste of time in retrospect. TCL Solar gave the best quote that came in slightly under the budget we had and had the best equipment and battery capacity of all the quotations. Not only that but they managed to schedule the installation within 3 weeks of the order, which was great considering that pretty much all the other companies were estimating up to 6 months for delivery and installation! Simon, who came around to do the estimate, was really good. No hard sell, no silly "unique selling points", just a sensible, straightforward estimate for the panels and battery and an estimate on how much a year the plant would generate.....nice and simple. The delivery and installation were just as painless.....the panels, inverter, battery and fittings were delivered on time, and the installers turned up bright and early on the appointed day. They were fast and efficient and distributed the panels over the roof space to optimise for the most sunlight throughout the day. There was no mess afterwards. Likewise the electrician whole installed the inverter and battery and commissioned the whole system. It's all been running for a good 6 weeks now, with no issues, and good output from the system. My wifes mother was interested so TCL Solar did a quote which she went ahead with. I would wholeheartedly recommend TCL Solar, they provide good service, and quality components at an unbelievable price point compared to many of the other solar companies around. If you are looking to have solar installed, for sure get some other companies in to quote, but if you want to save yourself a whole bunch of time and money just contact SImon at TCL Solar.....you really wont be disappointed.”

“From the first day contacting this company (highly recommended by a neighbour), this company has been great. I never felt pressured into selecting them whilst obtaining other quotes. From that point, we said yes it was all very easy and straightforward. Panels were delivered ahead of installation, scaffolding was erected a few days before and panels were up and working in under a day. More space was needed than I originally thought for the set-up in the garage, battery and control panels. But was installed all neat and tidy and looks really good. Full explanation of how it all works including app set up on my phone to track daily usage. Pannels look good on the roof and don't look out of place. Overall extremely happy and starting to see a difference in my bills!”

“Very impressed with our new installation, from the initial meeting to the final works being completed and the follow-up call to check if everything was ok - they were excellent. The kit works brilliantly already and is my new favourite app. So glad that TCL was recommended to us by a neighbour, they made the whole process easy. Fantastic team of installers who worked nonstop to have it installed in a day - highly recommend it if you are considering getting solar and don't forget the battery!”

Then great teams for scaffolding, panels installation and electrics with the latter explaining the app and items installed in great detail. Now approaching one month since that, the performance exceeds all expectations so far with even higher hopes for the coming summer. “I have recommended TCL to my family for their installation. This company is incredible. From booking the appointment to visit within a few days through to scaffolding being collected, everything went super smooth. The scaffold was put up on Tuesday, solar installation on Wednesday, and the scaffold was taken down Thursday. The installers laid mats at the entrance to the house and took their shoes off. They were professional and just got on with the job. Any mess was tidied up at the end and they even offered to hoover. They did a brilliant job and the system dashboard is easy to use. “TCL were recommended to us by a work colleague. The website was easy to navigate & had numerous photos of completed installations. From initial contact to ordering, we were looked after by Simon who provided all required information. The scaffolding was erected in a day (front & back) & the installers arrived bringing a blizzard with them! Due to the weather conditions, installation took a little longer than planned BUT I cannot fault their efforts in such dreadful weather conditions. Everyone was friendly & appreciated the hot drinks provided. The system is now fully operational & we have been really impressed with the entire process & everyone involved & all in under 5 weeks! I would be more than happy to recommend TCL in the future. Big thanks to all involved!”

“I just had my Solar PV + battery + Ev Charger installation completed today. I can not believe that one month ago I was still thinking if this was the right thing to do. TCL Solar has come highly recommended by some friends and after very few days after the inquiry Simon came to my property to have a good look and to advise what would be best for me. Simon was very friendly, took the time to understand my requirements and produced a quote the next day. From when I accepted the quote things have gone really fast and Simon and David have always kept me informed of every step or decision to be made. Today Matt has come with the installation team and executed a very nice installation, all cables are tidy and hidden where possible (I was impressed that Matt managed to hide the big cable completely from the inside of the house which I thought was not going to be possible). I am looking forward to start saving on my bills and help to reduce CO2! Thanks TCL Solar team, I will not hesitate to recommend you to my friends, you really make switch to solar as easy as it can be!”

“Just have no words… Outstanding service! After a long period of searching and my requests from various other companies for an on-site valuation, only TCL Solar did not refuse to help me and it turned out to be the best choice. The valuation went smoothly and I can honestly say that I was offered a very attractive package and professional advice.
