Great kitchen appliance and great with windows and lights as you don't need to keep opening drawers as much as if you would without windows.

Just bought a Tower Air fryer to replace one with a basket. Not bad as its larger which is what we wanted but the racks are fiddly and the supplied tool to extract the racks isn't great, you need to pull the racks forward then use oven gloves. Shame you can't simply extract them using the handle but if you do that the handle, racks and food go everywhere! Bad design

My Kitchen Bin Broke under guaranty, I sent proof of purchase by E-mail. A new replacement Bin was sent. I would by Tower again because of their after sales care.

Silicon foot on plate came off so lost, like to have been ingested as not present at washing up. Tower customer services hopeless, told to go to ebay when challenged go to retailers. If a toddler ate it, fortunately none present possible serious issue. They don't understand health and safety, it's a faulty design and ought to be product recall.

Bought the Tower 5in1 11ltr air fryer in november.little or no instructions to help navigate the machine. Didn't realise the timer switch was not working, as I was nervous using it at first, until I DID realise the timer knob was not working after some burnt food!! Contacted retailer where I purchased they were unable to offer me a replacement model so gave me a full refund. Tower customer service said they could not offer a discount voucher for me to use and buy another ..... Thought it was the least they could have done, but obviously NOT! Am looking to replace air fryer as I did find it very good even thought the timer did not work.

Your Air Fryer was purchased via a 3rd Party Retailer and in the rare event of a fault we direct our customers back to the retailer where the product was purchase in line with the terms of the warranty. Absolutely fantastic Air Fryer once you get to know what everything does its great to use .We had it come today 7/1/2023 but its a great bit of kit especially when you can have the choice of 2 different foods at different temperatures or not.

Had my air fryer for a year and it was amazing and I loved it! It has now decided to have a mechanical fault and won’t work. Because I didn’t register for the 3 year warranty I now can’t get a new one and customer service weren’t very helpful?

After much deliberation we purchased the Tower Air Fryer, we kick ourselves for not listening to friends and buying one sooner. One of the best kitchen appliances we have bought, we like the compactness, ease of use, efficiency. In particular we like the rack system rather than a basket, its so easy to clean and the food we’ve cooked has been amazing. Everything from full roast chicken dinner, full English breakfast, salmon, spring rolls, sausage rolls, pastries and cakes. We’ve had it less than 2 weeks. We’re more than satisfied with this product.

Ike My Fryer was purchased in November As my Christmas gift am I able to Apply for 3Yr warranty. Have tried email as advised by telephone but not Accepted

I love my new Air Fryer . It’s quicker and more cost effective than the oven and the food tastes crispier and is much healthier . I’m in love ❤️ ( I also don’t get out much 😂 )

Would have been good to have received it, looks like it's been stolen from the courier company you use, Evri. I suggest you look at their trust Pilot reviews, absolutely terrible. I will not be using Tower as long as they use Evri to deliver ( or not in this and may cases) the goods.

Hi not received airfryer yet as it got dispatched on 14th evir had it at depot on 16th never arrived .contacted tower customer service great reply replacement sent so waiting to receive the arfryer .thank you sandie Willis
