“Bought a tower microwave just 15 months ago hardly used stopped heating up but nope tower can’t help so I definitely won’t be purchasing tower again and now my kettle/toaster and all matching stuff I’ve bought no good as I won’t be spends £100’s pounds for 15 months usage lesson learn”

Hi Susan, Thanks for the time taken to leave your review about the non-receipt of your order. I was disappointed to read your comments having had the opportunity to investigate your specific enquiry. Your order was placed on Saturday 23rd April and standard delivery was selected. “Tower do care about their customers, and that has been proven to me. I had an issue with my Tower Microwave which I reported My issue was taken very seriously and it was handed over to a very professional advisor name Sam. Her knowledge about the product, email correspondence, and willing to help was something I would really appreciate. My matter was resolved, the whole process was smooth the delivery was quick. I would definitely recommend Tower products.”

“What superb customer service, I emailed Tower looking for an instruction manual for an air fryer, I did this one evening at around 10.00pm expecting a reply sometime during the next few days, I was pleasantly surprised when around 5 minutes later I received a reply with a couple of PDF documents for instructions and recipe book. *Brilliant* *Brilliant* *Brilliant*”

“I contacted tower on the 11th April to ask if I could get a replacement timer knob for our air fryer We were contacted by Chloe from customer service and asked for our address and today the 15th we received a new timer knob you could not ask for better service from Tower and especially Chloe she deserves a lot of credit and praise for her excellent service in resolving our problem Many thanks to Chloe and tower”
