Brought the Tower Air fryer online. It's very good. The food is much fresher than being cooked in a microwave. It's so quick. It's easy to use and very easy to set up. Easy to clean. I love it. The best thing I brought in ages. Tower Air fryer 11lt Black. The price I paid was very reasonable.

After two weeks of using it for small meals it suddenly stopped heating up and not working

I have been unable to change my initial review which was only one star. However Tower have turned that around to five stars. The company are replacing my machine which was faulty. They are taking the old one back to check where it went wrong, they have posted out a new one very quickly. So now its 5 stars for Tower because I did like using the air fryer it was very quick and convenient to use and very fuel efficient and was good value for money. I have now had excellent customer service which is huge when things go wrong.

Just bought vortex 7litre. Amazing the food comes out perfectly cooked and oven chips much better than conventional oven. Toast,eggs,sausages,chicken all tried and tested wish i had this years ago when my kids were young lol. 10/10

We are extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with the tower airfryer . We bought it by the end of october 2022 and started to use it in December. It is leaking steam on the side of the tray making it a way less energy and time efficient. I’ve tried to upload a video for clarification but it won’t let me submit a review with the video Do not recommend it .

Needed to upgrade to a dual, but didn't want equal sized baskets. This suits my needs perfectly, I have been using airfryers for about 8 years now. I get by on trying things out and not getting hung up about following instructions. Only had it 2 weeks and use everyday for all my cooking needs. Reheat some foods in it also to ensure crispness. Instruction leaflet very sparse, but I only hunted it out after a week as I wanted to set both baskets to finish at the same time. Think this is my best one to date. Love the flexibility of the different size baskets.

Tower are amazing as is their staff! I purchased one of their amazing Air fryers as I'm disabled. Sadly it arrived without an instruction booklet! Their customer service advisor's are 2nd to none. Thank you TOWER!!!!!!!!

I have been trying to contact you all week you do not take calls and say email. No-one comes back k on email one sent daily. Sent message on messenger no one comes back. I had a product delivered which has a fault and need rectifying. Someone needs to come back to me by return

I purchased an air fryer one basket less than a year ago. Unfortunately no receipt. However the automatic cut of failed when I opened the drawer the machine then went on and smoke started to come out from bottom of machine and flames. I contacted Tower who only directed me back to the shop i purchased it. They took no responsibility for my safety concerns which could have caused a house fire. They took no concern for the fact that I am now left out of pocket and without a machine. Very disapointed in tbe company.

I have ordered this product 3L Air Fryer, model T17079, last December and picked up on December 21,2022, I am happy that finally I’ve got one , the disappointing part is I just used it for few times, and it’s not working anymore, I have tried the number given on the manual if needed help phone them fort , it’s just totally an answering machine cause they’re busy, website given . How disappointing and this cost £50.00 just bought it last week of December 2022.

Recently bought the aero crisper. The clasp what holds it shut does not work, it's not even close, very poor quality. I emailed 7 days ago and still no answer of customer service... obviously no customer service...
