I would like to say a very big thank you laura in customer service for providing me with the very best service possible. I very very grateful when l was offered a new one as well as larger one. After being let down by Evri ,we contacted Tower customer services where we lucky to make contact with a fantastic lady called Kelly . After a couple of emails Kelly reissued a new order which was delivered within 24 hrs. All our items arrived well packaged and undamaged. We can't thank Kelly enough for the first class service she provided and if we have any more problems she asked to be contacted straight away. Now that is service .

There was a very strong smell the first few times used but wore off. Surprised as to how quickly food cooks and looks. Getting used to controls but fairly easy and straightforward.

I would love to rate this air fryer however I am still awaiting delivery of the said item. Once I have received it, and had time to use it, I will come back and rate it again.

Megan was very helpful, I had waited a while for my air fryer to be delivered, so contacted Tower and spoke to Megan, she done some digging as the air fryer had been sent out to Evri for delivery. Unfortunately the air fryer had gone missing presumably at evri(hermes) site. Thank you Megan for sorting that for me.

terrible product i used it twice and it set on fire melting all the insides to which tower didnt reply for over a week i had to contact them again and battle to get money back poor customer service leave people without an answer dont buy this product

Had a cordless vacuum develop a fault,[had registered extended warranty],it was outside one year shop warranty.Emailed Tower had contact with Chloe H who was very helpful and as a result vacuum will be replaced.Excellent customer service,would highly recommend Tower company.

Ordered and paid for an accessory for my new air fryer. Sent by Evri but never arrived. Tower customer 'service' have failed to respond to my emails. So I have no parcel and no refund. Unacceptable.

I bought a single drawer air fryer to replace one that been used to death. The new one cooks faster than my old one and is very quiet when in use. I'm very happy with this fryer and would recommend it to anyone.

I emailed Tower with an enquiry regarding a replacement accessory for my Air- Fryer. My enquiry was responded to and dealt with by Kelly in a very competent and courteous manner. Tower did not have the accessory in stock but Kelly went to the trouble of checking elsewhere and providing me a link to a supplier through eBay. Excellent customer service. NOTE. The rating boxes below are not working. I would have scored five stars for the service I received. (Excellent)

Sadly I can't review the air fryer as Evri never delivered it. Tower customer service was great Evri is losing you customers!! I wont order again from you while you use Evri
