I made a review last week about a new dual oven air fryer where a light had blown on first use. This week I am expecting delivery of a brand-new air fryer after dealing with Liberty from customer service who has been absolutely wonderful and the epitome of customer service. Thank you Tower - I will certainly be recommending you and your products.

After purchasing a dual air fryer I quickly found that the coating was coming off the crisper plates. I contacted Tower customer services and Sophie arranged for new plates to be delivered. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I have received.

I’ve not had this a week yet and I love it. I love that as a one person family, I can put several items in and create a meal in one pot. Unfortunately I have just discovered that the little rubber ends on the drip tray come off with your knowledge and I seemed to have washed mine away. Is there an email address where I could try and request some more?

I had a problem with a charging cable for my Tower vac. I got in contact with Tower directly and they had my problem sorted with one call. Great staff backup and follow through. In this day and age it is very refreshing too get great staff help. Good job. Sean Murray

Bought a great Air Fryer but unfortunately after a year it stopped working. It had a 3 year warranty and Arjan at Tower offered us an immediate replacement with a slightly bigger model! This was great customer service!

Customer service was excellent which is so unusual in today's world. My tower Air fryer had an issue couldn't supply it to repair so is sending me a new model I had warranty which obviously helped.

Read the instructions on how full it should be (not more than 3/4)(a weight limit would be helpful Tower). Set rotary option on panel(otherwise it won't rotate). Works well enough.

Looked at other airfry and the tower one had great reviews so decided on the T17088 to be the best overall for the money .Easy to use and clean. Quick and efficient and had plenty presets and look very smart in my kitchen. Would recommend to friends and family
