Aesthetically pleasing, cleans well and does the job. The non-stick surface would be better if it maintained its effectiveness for longer.

This set of pans was reasonable for the price. Lightweight. However design and materials are only average. The 'non-stick' quality of the smaller frying pan is poor. The lid-handles trap water between the plastic handle and the glass lid - you can release this water by undoing the screw that attaches the handle to the lid, but this is a nuisance. Water is also trapped between the glass lid and its chrome edging, which results in minor (but unsightly) corrosion to the edging. And beware of hitting the outer finish of the pans - the finish can chip. But despite these drawbacks, the pans are still reasonable for the price, and their light weight may be a real positive factor for people with handling / grip problems...

Might be very good but Instructions are DIRE - not even a couple of recipes to get you going. No setting even for a decent basic jacket potato. What you have to realise is that most purchasers are coming from a plain microwave and need some informative manual - not just a list of times and weights for various things. I need to know how to combine more than one method of cooking - I have bought several combination cooker recipe books to no avail. I am just reduced to heating up cold coffee at the moment as I am too afraid to use it. Have cooked a small chicken using AC3 as per Ideal World demo which turned out fine, but I have looked at other makes and they ALL provide a comprehensive recipe book.

I purchased this Tower Glass kettle to replace a virtually identical Russell Hobbs one which I used for 3 years until the pop-up lid finally fell to pieces. It seems that most kettles have these pop-up lids which use a very complex arrangement of delicate plastic parts with little springs and tiny screws holding it all together. They seem doomed to failure after repeated boiling which affects the plastic making it prone to splitting in these delicate areas. I would much rather have a pull off lid. Manufacturers take note: most customers would prefer this to a lid which doesn't last and once the lid has failed the kettle has to be discarded - what a waste. Anyway I am taking a chance on the Tower kettle but I can see that the lid is already not sitting flat on the surface of the kettle top (after only 2 weeks). It still works fine but I think it will be only a matter of time ... I really hope that I'm proved wrong and that Tower have come up with a quality product for a reasonable good value price. I wasn't prepared to spend more as all modern kettles seems to have these failure prone pop-up lids. Everything else about the kettle looks good - the little blue lights that come on are nice and bright and it boils and switches off as it should - so far. However as I've only had it for 2 weeks it's a bit early to make a judgement.

I bought my Air Fryer this week. It is easy to use and it cleans itself, what more could I want. The product looks good, special rubber feet for safety. so far so good. won't want to use my full size cooker.

It is an excellent product although the manual is somewhat scant which is a shame because it is difficult to get the best from it.

I bought the multi cooker and am having difficulty with the slow cooker. I can't seem to get the time over 1.39hr and the instruction on this is very vague, also the temperature..should it not just set to slow cooker temperature?

Had this a couple of months and tried a few tweaks on recipes. The recipes in the leaflet contain large amounts of sugar and milk powder and give an over-sweet loaf. The bread produced is more akin to cake than good bread, ( maybe because the mixing process does not develop the gluten in the same way as hand kneading ), and is very crumbly when cut. The loaves I now get are tasty , edible and I like the convenience but they are very far away from good hand-made loaves. I'd say this product produces decent breadstuffs for those who either cannot bake by hand or like convenience. Also , people I know that cannot tolerate supermarket loaves have found these to be easily digestible. Overall - middling. You get fair but not really good bread.

Having had a Prestige self quick de-pressureising pressure cooker for the last 20 years, it was a forced (bad) decision to buy a new pressure cooker both without a timer AND - as it turns out - one that does not self depressurise quickly. "Pour cold water on it" to reduce the pressure quickly !!! Talk about retrograde technology!!!

Good Afternoon Garth, We are sorry that you are not fully satisfied with your new pressure cooker. Unfortunately this model is a standard cooker and does not come with a timer or controlled pressure reduction. However, we do have other models of electric pressure cookers that come with both these functions. If you would like any further information, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. In terms of the non-stick feature the pan appears to be very good although cooking materials do adhere to the coating but can be wiped free with kitchen paper when cool. The pan heats quickly and evenly with no obvious hot spots. I would have given a higher rating but the handle has already loosened on the 'rivets' after just a few days of use. I suspect cleaning water will seep in between pan and handle and possibly rust through rivet.

Unfortunately on the 4th use the Tower Vita Blend started blowing a black powder at me and the most awful sound. I had just got the hang of properly juicing and then this happened. I wasn't best pleased, but because it was so new - i got a refund at Morrisons. But now I don't own a juicer, just a blender.... I was really hoping it would be a success, but it seems it was not meant to be. I hope no-one else has had this problem and it was just a one off technical fault.

The reason I have rated the Airwave Fryer as "normal" is because the instructions that come with the product are pretty poor. Two examples:- There is a "wash" setting on the temperature control but no reference in the instruction book as to how you would use it. There is a small recipe book included, but despite all the illustrations, in both books, showing chips, there is no guide as to how you actually cook them. In fact the recipe book doesn't mention them at all. We have now purchased a couple of recipe books for Airwave Fryers and will, over the next months, attempt, by trial and error, to get best use from this product. The big disappointment is the lack of information about using the fryer, making it difficult to give it a decent rating.

Very disappointed that no recipe or clear instruction booklet was provided - the customer has to work it out for themselves!!! It does NOT work with your stated 1.5 litre to cook soup. I like the design - I am however uncertain how robust the jug is and if a replacement is readily available or at what price if required?

The Tower 5.5 Litre Aluminium Pressure Cooker model T80207 is a very basic model, which only operates on one pressure, that is full pressure. The instruction book on this model is the let down, it is very poor, this needs to be re-written thoroughly by someone that understands this pressure cooker fully, and understands the basics of a pressure cooker. Referring to this instruction book, the whole of the instructions and some of the parts become extremely confusing within the context. There is a lack of trivets / baskets with this model, it only has one shallow basket with it, when it could comfortably use a deeper basket allowing more produce to be placed into the cooker. Customer service is okay once you have made contact, but the methods of making contact are poor, or indeed non-existant, as emails are never answered (I sent an email every day for a fortnight), the message box on the website is never answered (I sent out a few of these), and the telephone number given is a 0844 number, which cost me 40p for the two minutes and five seconds (2.05) I was on the phone to you, this being made up of one minute (1) of listening to music, then one minute and five seconds (1.05) of speaking to a young woman who was able to help me, and phoned me back to give me further information regarding the only working pressure of this cooker (the instruction book is confusing, leading one to believe that there is a possibility that there might well be three working pressures, the same as the old weight regulated pressure cookers, most notable made by the Prestige company). So to summarise, this pressure cooker is okay, but don't expect too much, you are probably better off keeping your old pressure cooker and re-newing the gaskets and valves etc.
