Only had my air fryer a few days but I’m loving it .The instruction leaflet isn’t at all helpful but once I worked out how to operate it from the Facebook group . Good cooks well and doesn’t take long So far I’ve cooked breaded fish , Chips , Salmon and mixed vegetables and they all tasted and looked good

Ordered an air fryer with next day delivery and it didn’t arrive. Evri emailed me and told me that they had the parcel and then next day they said they couldn’t deliver it due to the bad weather in my area (London!) Their email suddenly disappeared from my inbox, luckily I screen shot it but now Evri says it does not recognise the tracking number. Still waiting for contact from Tower telling me it will take 7 days for them to respond. Appalling service fromTower and Evri, there is absolutely no way to contact Evri or Tower to talk to anyone.

From order to delivery 4 days, I requested further information regarding recipes for this particular Air Fryer, again submitted late Sunday night by 10:30 Monday a complete down load 40 pages. I regard this as Excellent service

Tower a/fryer - great item BUT impossible to clean the internal trivet - it appears to be non-stick but ours certainly isn't, everything sticks to it rock hard just as if it had been epoxy resined in place. We cooked breaded fish in it yesterday and the trivet is still soaking today 20+ hours after use. Seems that I will have to take a knife to it. Also the 4 small PTFE/Silicon rubber feet on the trivet are quite loose, whoever designed the inside didn't have to use it. What is does it does very well, just be prepared for the hassle and problematic issues with cleaning the trivet thereafter.

I bought a airfryer nov 2021. I can’t get in touch with anyone from Tower to help me. It has stopped working and the shop told me to get in touch with Tower. Different sites asking for card details which I ain’t giving. Please help me I am desperate

Can't write anything because still waiting to hear from yourselfs I've waited over 7 working days but no reply from 2 emails. Can't review airfryer as I've not used it but as it came poorly packed with broken bits of plastic in one of the drawers and no instructions or paper (which looks like a return product) I'm going to send it back. Very poor customer service this is the 3rd appliance and extras from Tower but there will be no more.

Don't order from tower order els where I can't review the product becasue its sat with evri there preferred delivery company and has been for 7 days with no way to contact them and you can't go and collect from the depo. Stop using ervi Tower they will ruin your business.

I ordered an air fryer on 17th November for next day delivery I missed the parcel and Evri didn’t attempt to try again they then sent the parcel back. I emailed customer service on the 25th November asking for an update and when I will receive my refund and am still waiting for a response! It is absolutely ridiculous that there is no phone number to actually talk to someone.

Not even seen it, paid extra for 1 day delivery. Unfortunately Tower use Hermes, or Evri as it’s now known. My air fryer no doubt will be a Xmas present from one of the Hermes staff. Unable to phone Tower, so emailed and stock reply is 7 days wait to resolve. I will be contacting my credit card company in the morning.

Bought vortex air fryer from Argos and was delighted as it did everything it claimed to do, but…. unfortunately the Interior light went kaput after two months of use, thought it would be simple to fit a new bulb, but tower advised that the whole unit would have to be replaced, arranging exchange was pretty painless and now have new unit, fingers crossed!

Ordered my air fryer on the 20th Nov. on a 3-5 day delivery. Nothing arrived so I asked for a refund but Tower said they'd have to contact the courier for an update. Yesterday, I had an email to say I was going to get a refund but a 5-10 working day wait!

Our courier partners handle 1000's of parcels every day within their network and on rare occasions parcels do go astray. After a detailed search of our courier partners' network your parcel was deemed as missing and steps were taken to refund the original payment method used at the point of your order. Fantastic customer service I needed to ask a question regarding my recent purchase , air fryer digital control four litre which is just great cannot believe I waited so long to purchase one. Charlotte at tower customer services was so polite knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you. such a nice experience especially within customer service that myself and friends have come across of late. You know utilities etc hanging on the phone or awaiting a call back etc that never comes. I have purchased several tower products over the years and impressed with them all , once again thank you Charlotte, thank you tower keep up the good work , all take care stay safe . The timer dial is useless. The lines are to small and difficult to see, would have been better if the whole knob was utilised. The arrow does not line up with the zero. Tonight I set it so the arrow lined up with 30, it stopped after 23. I never know what to expect timer wise. I have resorted to using a separate timer.

Ordered a airfryer on the 18th November and still haven't received it! Have emailed thousands of times and yet again no reply, payed £200 for something I haven't even received. Does not look good for the company and I will 100% not be ordering from here again.

Ordered my airfryer on 18th November 2022. Felt I paid over the asking price but wanted it as a gift for my mum's birthday. On the 21st November Evri emailed to say they had my parcel. On the 22nd November Evri emailed to say there was a delay with my package. My order has not been updated since then. I have contacted Tower, waited the 7days for you to get back to me and had no response. I have never ordered from tower and after this experience will ever again. I am very disappointed that you have took my money for a product I have not received and haven't even got the customer service in place to provide me with an update. I appreciate you can have problems with the courier you use but to not even be able to contact you or you reply after 7 days is really quite unacceptable. I would appreciate someone looking in to my order. As my mother's birthday has now passed I would like to be fully refunded.

Arrived well packed. Comes with lots of attachments. Shame I had to buy it at the excessive price of £40 above normal.
