I was told that my return and refund would take '3 working days' to be processed. My return package was delivered to Tower warehouse 7 working days ago and I still haven't heard anything about it yet. The kettle I was returning was also of poor quality. The 'Tower' tag was peeling off on one side of the kettle body.

I lost a silicone foot from my grill plate on the 4 litre digital airfryer. Megan at customer service sent me 4 new ones free of charge. Very friendly and efficient. Fantastic service

We make bread in a bread maker. I’ve always found it a bit difficult cutting such fresh soft bread. This electric knife is just the tool for the job. It cut with easy and you can get the slices mega thin if you like it like that. I prefers fat slices really. This knife is easy to hold. It has a lock button on the trigger for safety. Quick release button to remove the blades. Positive guide location when inserting the duel blades. Let the knife do the work and it glides through the fresh bread. Definitely a good choice. 👍

Very effective and quick at cooking chips cut from fresh potatoes. Cooked fresh chips quicker than oven chips in our regular oven. Cooking advancement.

Why have Tower not recalled the 2l manual air fryer considering reports of the item spontaneously bursting into flames? It is what happened to ours and clearly to others before us. Clearly not concerned for customer wellbeing and safety. Also check out report of fire in press recently. I posted a review a couple of days ago and mentioned the rubber feet on the grill plate coming off with me noticing. The very next day I was contacted and new feet in the post to me, I should receive these any day. Never have I ever had such great service. So pleased I chose tower for my air fryer.
