“Fryer seems OK, if size limited, but the ‘recipe suggestions’ that come with it are a joke - 5 recipes? Serious reconsideration is required by Tower”

“Ordered the whole tray. Just got a basket day 7 of waiting for a reply email as well. No description stating it was just a metal basket. And the picture used showed it as the whole tray.”

“So far so good, with finally joining the ever growing popularity of an Air Fryer (4 litre T17082 manual model). I'm just a beginner, but as my family become more familiar with its cooking capabilities, we'll all come to love it as a useful cooking appliance addition to the kitchen, and not just a occasional gadget. BTW, the pork and Bramley apple sausages were really yummy.”

“The ease of use particularly not having to dilly dally with oil is a game changer as most reviews suggest, plus you’re not using gas which is more costly than gold dust. I find selecting lower power & time settings work best as you can constantly check on the readiness of your ingredients.”

“It is wonderful that mostly everything can be airfried, preventing splashing from open pans making the job and surroundings greasy. We are experimenting as we go along but have made several meals from The recipe book which came with the machine and all successful.”

“Absolutely shocking! NO air fryer delivered, no one to contact and NO flipping refund!!! Had my £140 for two weeks now and still none the wiser what’s going on. Going to take this matter further now as diabolical service. Should be ashamed of themselves!”

Hi We were disappointed to read your comments about your delivery experience with Tower. Our courier partners deliver 1000's of parcels to our customers every day. When a customer disputes delivery as in your case we always endeavour to resolve the enquiry quickly and efficiently. As a result of your circumstances, we did request the completion of a proforma confirming no parcel has been received. Once this proforma was received in a legible format we took steps to issue your refund which will be received in full soon. It only takes me to apologise for any inconvenience caused. “Returned Air fryer 10in1as advised and was informed a refund would be issued between 7-10days! Three weeks later still no refund nor acknowledged my emails. Really not acceptable customer service will have to be esculated via paypal”
