“I never received my item. Now waiting on refund. I will never order from Tower again, customer service is atrocious.”

Here at Tower we readily welcome our customers feedback and comments which allows us to continuously improve our products and services. I was sorry to read about your poor delivery experience. Our courier partners work hard to ensure thousands of our customers receive their parcels safely and on time so your experience was certainly a rare occurrence. Rest assured this will be fed back to our courier partners at our next service review meeting. Arrangements have been made to process your refund - within our latest communication to you we did advise to allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be received back to the original payment method used at the point of your order. “Just purchased the Tower T17039 air fryer and we're so glad we did it's a fantastic accessory to the kitchen I can't believe how versatile it is and would certainly recommend everyone to get one, no more waiting for a costly oven to preheat just put it in the air fryer, Thanks Tower.”

“I've had a single basket air fryer for a few years and decided to opt for the Tower double basket. I am well impressed. It cooks two different foods at the same time to perfection. It's also easy to clean.”

“Not only has this air fryer saved me money, it is as good an innovation that people rave about. I wanted an air fryer that I could roast a chicken in as I stopped the Sunday roast due to high utility costs. I am so pleased I invested a bit more money as I am finding the only time I now use my oven is for large pizzas. I cook everything else (hob aside) in this great, fabulous, money saver. Food cooks really well and tastes great. No preheat time has saved me loads on my bills. Also, easy to keep clean - thank you! I just love it!”

“Absolutely ECSTATIC about my BM buy of a dual TOWER AIR-FRYER , I was very sceptical about the product but after just using it twice I AM IN LOVE ...I cannot believe I waited three weeks to open the box and put it in my kitchen , AMAZING PRODUCT”

“Excellent product. Easy to use, big enough for our family, food tastes so good. Finally we can have crispy chips again! Jacket potatoes are done so quickly and lovely crispy skin and fluffy inside. Easy to clean. Very impressed would recommend.”
