The difficulties in providing a replacement Sensor Bin have been compounded by the fact that you were unable to provide proof of purchase to support your warranty as well as this model being out of stock due to its popularity. I had asked for help finding a replacement charger to my surprise a reply was sent rather quickly and informing me to a spare available. And they sent one out to me for free!

Louise helped to resolve my warranty claim within two days. Understandably you have to provide details of original purchase and online photos of damage and model numbers. However the email replies were very quick and Louise was very helpful and positive about my claim.

Customer service was so helpful and very prompt at replying to my email. I had a slight problem with the colour peeling of the handle on my Airfryer. Because it was cosmetic and not electrical fault it didn’t come under the guarantee. But customer service was so understanding and gave me a free accessory kit which is brilliant.
