“Superb Service from Elle, Tower Customer Services. From start to finish Elle was very professional in the way she handled my wish to use my warranty regarding a faulty Kettle. Our exchanges of emails were instant by her I never had to wait once for her reply. She was a very knowledgeable young lady and a new kettle is on its way. An excellent asset for Tower. “Bought air fryer earlier this year. One of the rubber feet on the grill part has come off. I have registered for warranty. Customer services states out of stock, please contact us in 30 days. I have done. Still spares are not in stock. Contact us in 30 days. Pathetic, if in warranty should be replacing whole fryer.”

“Bought the 1.5litre 900w air fryer. Makes enough frozen chips for 2. I bought it for the caravan because of the low wattage/voltage. I don't have to put the gas oven on for small things like spring, roll etc It doesn't take much space up and when not in use fits neatly in the cupboard. A good price from a company I trust. For me it's a really good buy.”

“The tower that I had was cleaned after every use. However, within 10 months of irregular use the air fryer had broken. With a large family to feed, I am very disappointed.”

“I bought an airfryer that eventually stopped working. Didn’t even last a year which was ridiculous. I called customer support and they were absolutely no help. They were rude, one colleague gave false hope and said they’d be able to send me a replacement and another colleague said there’s nothing that they can do, completely contradicting each other.”

“The product I bought is amazing I love the fact the digital display is so easy to use and it cooks to perfection every time. I had another air fryer from tower but it wasn’t a digital one so I personally prefer the digital one. The price was outstanding to me too”
