I had a cosmetic fault arise with a product and reported this to the warranty dept. I had registered the item for the free extended warranty cover. After carrying out the authenticity checks, I was quickly offered a replacement item at no extra cost. The service I recieved was exemplary! Thank you Tower!

Took a long time to resolve this. I had to buy a replacement kettle in the meantime. It was eventually resolved & a replacement is being sent. I also do not understand why you use a premium rate Telephone number.

Having had the opportunity to read your review as well as investigate your communications with ourselves I can see our efforts to resolve your enquiry were delayed by multiple messages being received as well as you not being able to provide the warranty details for your product. Purchased a 5 piece Damascus Knife set in August 2020 with a 5 year warranty one of the knives snapped when cutting a pice off cheese and tower are refusing to replace under the warranty knife is just under 2 years old so be aware and don’t buy these inferior quality knives and the warranty is a lot of rubbish I will never buy any tower products again so be aware people

All air fryers are the same right, well no, I was very presently surprised by my new Tower air fryer, it actually cooks better, faster and appears to be easier to clean, all in all a satisfied customer.

A bit early to submit a review, i have only used it twice. However i think it will be very good for cooking certain things like oven chips. I have deducted one star because it is a little difficult to clean in my opinion. Would still buy it.

It's been 9days since I placed my order and only part of the order was delivered a full 7 days after paying for next day delivery. Do not use this company as they use the world's worst delivery service Hermes and I'm still waiting for a human from Tower to contact me and explain where the rest of my delivery is!!n I would give zero star if I could

Love my Tower Slow cooker but when I wiped the front with the tea towel the writing (off , low , high.) got smudged beyond recognition. Can I use a marker?
