I have yet to receive my air fryer that I ordered on 25/12/22, as my courier lost it and I'm waiting for a replacement. I do have a 4 litre, 1 drawer tower air fryer that I love.

Bought after seeing my daughters at Christmas ..and I can in all honesty say ..I love it .I haven't used my big electric cooker in the three weeks since I got my duel air fryer. I am so pleased its efficient easy to clean its saving me at least £3 to £5 a day in energy costs and the food is lovely. I'm still learning different tine / heat settings etc on meals to cook but the match cooking is a game changing additional bonus ..I'm delighted

Bought the Vortx 9 Litre Dual Basket Air Fryer as a Christmas present. It arrived in its original box (no courier safe packaging) in an opened state and was completely torn down one seam with other various major box damage. As this was delivered to a neighbour I was unable to reject it at the door. You cannot speak to Tower for love or money, everything has to be done through email. I sourced another one from another seller with next-day delivery (and a lot cheaper). The product itself is fine, it does what it says on the tin. Unfortunately, however, I can only give Tower Housewares three stars. I knocked one star off for the long-winded returns (got my refund the second week in January) and the other star was knocked off because of the courier they used (Evri), who does not seem to take care of what they are delivering. (Word to the wise: Try and avoid companies who use Evri, previously known as Hermes. They are awful, really awful. Read the Evri reviews on this site.)

Got our Tower about 4 weeks ago and can't say anything but good things. Food is cooked well and it doesn't need the heat up time like a oven would need. It even helped with the cost of electricity ( which now days is a massive bonus ).

I had a problem with my Tower steam mop where the temperate was not heating the water. (probably the heating element) ? I spoke to Laura in customer services and she was very helpful. Asked me a few questions and requested photos. It was resolved quickly with a replacement being sent out by courier within a week. ** Well done Laura **

Love my Tower Air Fryer 7 litre & only had for a week and hardly used my oven. Easy to use, clean especially if you use a silicone mould. I’ve cooked so far Jacket potatoes which were soo crispy but soft, baby new potatoes, Roast potatoes, chicken breast, whole extra large chicken, omelettes, arancini balls, mushrooms, peppers, asparagus, salmon & that’s not all. Highly recommend.

Hopefully first one was a bad production model returned to shop of purchase as unit (Model No. T17038) manual 5 in 1 11lt as packed in after just 5 uses. Have purchased second unit hopefully will be better.

Dual basket- cook unevenly- significant difference between the two. No audible beep when timer finishes. Generally disappointing.

The instructions for use are extremely basic and we think a more comprehensive booklet should be included with the purchase with some recipes/suggestions within. We are slowly getting to try different things but it is on a trial and error basis

I am very happy with my 4L Tower Air Fryer, apart from one negative. A grill pan is provided, which comes with 4 tiny black rubber protectors for each corner to avoid the fryer getting scratched. These protectors come off very easily, which I wasn't aware of, so when you wash the grill pan, you need to remove them beforehand or they will disappear down the plug hole. Such a silly design I thought, I have to take them off before washing then put them back on after. I have to make sure I put them in a safe place when I do take them off, have already lost one down the plug hole so now have only 3. It's an inconvenience as far as I am concerned. Why would you design it this way?

It must have arrived early hours of Saturday morning, left out in rain, no plastic covering or address on box..How Evri knew where to deliver ??? Scratches over top of air fryer.. No maximum fill lines in baskets.. Only basic hard to understand instructions... No recipe booklet.. First time used last night and using 'smart finish'....didn't work... Couldn't get both baskets to work at the same time.....gave up after an hour....not happy. Company I bought from won't let me return it.....(health and hygiene)!! Not happy at all...
