Our kettle developed a fault with the thermostat about a year in. The response time from Tower (thank you Liberty!) was first class and everything was sorted out to our satisfaction very quickly.

Having registered my Square Sensor Bin under the company's 5 year warranty scheme I had to make contact with them 2 1/2 years after registration as the cog part of the lid had disintegrated rendering the lid unusable which was obviously a crucial part of the sensor mechanism. I received a quick response and once I supplied them with photos and a video of the problem the company are now sending me a new bin as a replacement. Excellent communication and customer service delivered by Annie.

I had bought two tower smokeless grills and one had a temperature probe missing so I contacted tower to see if I could buy one. Towers customer service was excellent and sent me one free of charge the next day. I couldn’t ask for a better service.

Bought a Tower 6 litre Sure Touch pressure cooker last year,the lid blew off about 6 weeks ago,I contacted Tower for a refund ,they told me toncontact the seller,I've emailed them about4 times and had not one reply from them to date,I wish they'd get back to me,so that I can get a refund under the 10 year guarantee,I findvthem a little ignorant,I was good enough to buy their product but their not good enough to honour the ten year guaranntee.

Bought a T17065 air fry oven really enjoying it. Bought some more oil trays from Chloe H (very enthusiastic and helpful). Asked about the rotisserie fork's and shaft, weren't in stock but she was going to send the demo on as my fork's were bent and i can't use. Parcel turned up today (quick delivery) NO rotisserie stuff. When will i getting them. Keep smiling Chloe H and I'll remark the score when missing items turn up.

I have purchased tower xpro combo 10 in 1 air fryer, it's a nice product. I found standard accessorie which is mentioned on the box, like heat proof mitts is missing in the company packed box. I would be happy I the company provide it to me

bought a twin basket air fryer arrived damaged sent the product back. By the time it arrived back the product had sold out so was refunded but told I will have to wait up to 10 days for my money back when I emailed customer services was told its out of their hands. Have never heard of waiting for money back for damaged goods before needless to say I won't be using tower again

Hi Roseena, I was disappointed to read your review about your recent experience with Tower. Sadly we could not provide a replacement Air Fryer as we had sold out of this model due to its popularity. Within our return instructions and our final message to you we did mention to allow between 5 to 10 working days for the refund to be received in full. Refund timescales are dictated by the payment provider and are unfortunately beyond our control. It only leaves me to apologise for this issue. Keith - Group Customer Services Manager

Had a small issue regarding an adjustment screw on the salt & pepper set that had fallen off and lost. Tower replaced both salt & pepper under their free 3 year extended warranty. Can’t ask for more than that.

Although I had to send a fair amount of information about my broken sensor bin, Chloe the Customer Service Agent dealt promptly with responses to my emails and I was grateful to get a new bin as a result.

Recently our Tower Scandi T10037G kettle needed a new filter. As I could not find a replacement online I phoned Tower. A very helpful adviser, Laura, said that there were none in stock but that they would try to find one in their workshop. An e-mail quickly arrived saying they would mail one to me and it would arrive in 7-14 days. THE FILTER ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. Excellent, friendly, efficient service. I would not hesitate to buy Tower products again.

The products are good and worth the money,but what tower shouldn't do is offer next day delivery and you get order 2 days later,
