Just bought an air fryer after my microwave finally gave up on me and reading and hearing everything about how quick and easy they are. Bought the Tower Vortx at discounted price and very happy with my purchase after only a few days of use

Evri had lost my Tower parcel, so the problem didn't belong to Tower, yet they responded to my emails very quickly, looked into the problem and sent a replacement immediately, which then arrived. Excellent customer service.

Great air fryer and delighted with it. However the lamp went after about 3 weeks. Very disappointed to be told by Tower that it is non replaceable and the oven was replaced under warranty (very quickly). Such a shame about not being able to replace a bulb. Fingers crossed this one does not blow the day after warranty expires!

My cordless vac brush broke, so I emailed the company explained, what was wrong with it. They ask to send photos of the broken brush which I did. A lovely lady name liberty, Told me they stopped making that model, so they going to send me a different cordless vac. She emailed me saying it will be with me in next 3-5 days. I can't wait to try it out.

Kelly from customer service sorted my disable mother a replacement door for her machine quickly and efficiently. She responded in good time and was super helpful. Think Kelly needs a little more praise as working in customer service can be rough ! Thanks for the help

It's been over 2 months we have been without a microwave we have sent all relevant documents you required and still waiting for a response I think your after sails as far as warrantee and customer care is non-existent this is our second microwave in 3 years from your company we had similar problems on our first purchase you only have to look back on our dozen and dozens of email to research this we are old age pensioners and cannot afford to keep buying microwave I think the way this as been handle is disgusting and will be leaving these comments on tower reviews warning other potential customers of the problem we have and think twice before purchasing a TOWER PRODUCTS.

After having a lengthy wait for a item I had ordered please not this was down to the delivery company not down to tower I ended up having to contact Tower regarding the situation I was in concast with a advisor called Kelly she dealt with my issue very quickly and professionally. Due to the length of time I had waited for the item I assumed that the delivery company had lost the item I was given a refund. Low and behold 2 days later after resolving the issue my item was delivered I contacted Kelly again for advice on how to proceed she was very quickly sorted the situation for me. She was very helpful throughout this situation

Bought one 3 days ago. Leaked. Returned. Seen a different model and decided to give it a second chance. Same story. The whole idea with 2-in-1 would be great, if not the leaks. The only temperature when it doesn't leak it is °°°, while only cotton can be ironed. °° leaks, not to even mention ° when pours. What is the point of having this iron just to be able to iron bedsheets? Most of shirts, and different fabrics from cotton need to be ironed in lower temperatures. It all does not make any sense to me. There won't be a third chance as it seems to be main issue with all Tower irons. So disappointing

Tower air fryer is brilliant, only had it two days, don't want to be with out now. Brought all accessories. The drum does wonderfull chips, best thing about you don't need any fat. Well done tower.

I bought the Tower pressure cooker/ smoker a couple of years back but I found I wasn’t using it as much as I should, simply because it never came with a recipe book. I decided to email Tower Customer Service and asked if the company now made one but unfortunately they dont. The lady I emailed at Customer service (Sophie) was super efficient with her reply’s and very quick to respond. So thank you Sophie.

I had recently bought an airfryer from Tower, at Asda. I have used it frequently over the past 1-2 months, I went to do lunch today, and the handle has completely come off in my hand. I have tried to contact their number but no one answers, just an automated message. I am not happy.
