Recently purchased Air Fryer as a gift for a family member. Found it hard to register to extend warranty to 3 yr on the website as per the marketing literature. But no reference on the website. Does not create good perception. Perhaps there is another way?

I cooks well but there's no implements for removing the hot tray safely.

Fryer seems OK, if size limited, but the ‘recipe suggestions’ that come with it are a joke - 5 recipes? Serious reconsideration is required by Tower

MISLEADING PACKAGE I've only cooked chips and fish so far and it seemed ok. Disappointed by the misleading package advertising a DIGITAL recipe book! Wow I thought that's good! A book! Don't be fooled by the claim. They just added some basic recipes at the end of the instruction manual! Shame!

I have just bought a Scandi green toaster and kettle thinking I could buy a kitchen roll holder and bread bin with tea coffee and sugar bins later, will this be possible, because I cannot find them on website.

Poorest customer service by Laura, who didn’t provide an appropriate solution to the issues I was experiencing. I purchased an air fryer spare basket and the handle broke within less than 6 months of use. It was clearly a quality issue as we’ve always used our air fryer with great care.

Good deal on product so can't really complain, did say next day delivery but took 3 days so maybe leave delivery day blank?! Slight scratch on front of the product but apart from that it looks really good especially for the price, would recommend Tower. Only rated 3 stars due to very slight issues above which are easily rectified.

Like how it cooks but within about 2 weeks of using it the black non stick coating on the grill pan began peeling off. Cannot find my receipt from Asda so they’re not interested. Rang Tower customer services to complain and advised operator that we’ve followed instructions on how to clean. Not really interested as have no receipt. Told the woman we leave grill plate in warm soapy water to soak for a bit before washing as is difficult to remove some of the bits left on it after cooking. She said ‘Well we don’t advise putting it in soak’ Doesn’t say that in manual. Then said that I could order a new grill plate but they haven’t got any in!! Safe to say she is one of the most unhelpful customer service person I’ve ever spoken to 😡I know I’m at fault for losing receipt but zero help means zero recommendations for Tower products

All of our calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes - having observed your call to us I can see several options were discussed with you. These were hindered as a result of you being unable to provide a receipt for your purchase as well as the part required being out of stock. All of our products are supported by a fixed warranty period - the first 12 months of this warranty is with the retailer and it was recommended that you refer to the retailer for a resolution.
