Everything is delicious, it's turned a 60yr old man into a great cook, my wife is delighted, get one you can't go wrong! I bouth the 7L one with viewing window.

My iron stopped working and it was still under warranty. Louise Turner was very helpful and has arranged to send me a replacement.

Ordered this 10 in one air fryer this week and was really looking forward to cooking with it, however although the package was absolutely fine the door to this is broken and needs a new door - please send me one x. Everything else looks fine thank goodness x

Good deal on product so can't really complain, did say next day delivery but took 3 days so maybe leave delivery day blank?! Slight scratch on front of the product but apart from that it looks really good especially for the price, would recommend Tower. Only rated 3 stars due to very slight issues above which are easily rectified.

I bought this for 3 reasons, 1, it got good reviews, 2, I wanted shelves instead of a basket & 3, its supposed to be 11 liters, bigger than some others, but it didn't LOOK that big to me, it measures 250 x 250 x 170 mm equaling 10.6 liters, OK, nit picking, but why not get it right?? However, I love it, being a single pensioner, I can do a 'full English' in one hit in under 20mins!! Cooked many things but not used the rotisserie yet. AAAAA+++++

My hand mixer stopped working under warranty. Annie from customer services arranged for a replacement - it arrived 48 hours later. I found having to attach various photos of receipts, and video of problem a challenge - I'm not exactly young and not a smartphone expert!!
