Just a heads up for the fantastic Customer Service at Tower. Ordered a Tower Pressure Cooker and had been really happy with it but it developed a fault. Contacted Customer Service who responded really quickly. Fantastically helpful and no nonsense, no fuss - immediate refund recommended. Top response and one very happy customer. I am very unhappy and totally disappointed with my recent purchases from Tower and their customer service is not good either :-(. First Tower Air Fryer purchased 15th Nov, had to be returned to the retailer as the manual timer did not work. Second Tower Air Fryer arrived today, and guess what, this one will have to go back also!!!!!! I opened the box to discover the plug is broken/smashed with the fuse bit lying loose in the box. I am waiting for CS to get back to me?????????

I was sorry to learn of the condition upon arrival of your parcels - rest assured I will be addressing your enquiry with our courier partners. I was however disappointed to read your comments about our Customer Services Team. Upon contacting our Customer Services Team we do confirm the timings of when you can expect a response from us as well as making a polite request not to send duplicate messages as this only hinders our ability to resolve your enquiry in the shortest possible time. I can confirm we have safely received all 4 of your messages sent within a 24 hour period and have responded to your message within the original timescale quoted. My new air fryer replaced a well worn one. It's more efficient and cooks faster than the old one. I would definitely recommend this model supplied by a maker who is well trusted.

I bought it for my daughter as she needed a larger fryer as she couldn't afford the higher priced models, This was a similar spec to the one she liked. So I got this, she loves it. Great features, cooks perfectly.

Don't know if I am qualified to do a review as you used a sub standard delivery company EVRI and it never arrived . Complaints to yourselves with "will get back to you in 48 hours " has come to nothing and contacting EVRI comical.

T17038 bought manual because used to setting timer had an air fryer 12 years! Use rotisserie regular perfect results every time! Very happy with my purchase thank you

I have a tower express 5 in 1 air fryer. The timer dial had become free so I could no longer rotate using the dial. I got in touch with Tower as I couldn't find any replacement online. Due to writing to them on boxing day, I didn't hear back until the new year, but Laura was brilliant, she asked for my details and a replacement was sent by post. The new model is slightly different in fitting but I can rotate the timer no w and use my airfryer. Which I do love and highly recommend.

I broke the timer knob on my air fryer and emailed customer service asking for help. Megan came back to me and sent a new knob and supplied video on how to attach it. Great prompt service

I contacted customer services awhile back for a link to a tower cookbook, it was so easy and a great link, but I lost my link so I contacted customer services again a couple of days ago for the same link and my reply was from Lucy who gave me the same link to the cook book just like that, honestly so efficient, give that Lady a bunch of flowers.

Sadly I can’t write a review as my air fryer has still not turned up. Contacted Customer Service however still no further forward. Highly unlikely I will use Tower again.
