I ordered the Cavaletto bread bin black but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and spoke to Louise who was more than helpful with my issue. She asked me to email an image of the dent and she ordered a replacement to be sent to me straight away. The service from Louise was truly outstanding and could not fault her friendly and kind attitude.

I had been dealing with Laura in regards to a product recall. I cannot speak highly enough of her customer service skills. She communicated with me effectively while the issue was being resolved. I would not hesitate to buy Tower products in the future as I know the after care is amazing. Thanks again Laura.

Ive been struggling with my kettle since last year ....it was leaving a metal taste.... i had tried differnet things to wash out the kettle....i was going to bin it ....I emailed yesterday and with ten mins i received a email off emma...I was adviced a couple of things to try....Tried lemon juice bingo.....my kettle is less its metal taste.....Thank you emma

We had an issue with a broken timer dial on our Airfryer……, I contacted the customer service team via email and very soon after I had a reply back from an advisor called Chloe…… She was fantastic and organised a replacement to be sent out straight away at no cost. Chloe kept us updated all the way through and even sent across a short video on how to replace it. Chloe is a real credit to a fantastic team / company. Thank you.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars Had a issue with our Tower microwave Had a issue with our Tower microwave. Contacted there customer service team via email and dealt with a lovely lady called Chloe. I cannot thank her enough for all her help sorting out the issue we had. Chloe kept me updated at every stage via email to resolve the problem. 100% for Chloe and her customer service skills

I contacted Tower as I could not find a Spare Part I was looking for on the website. I spoke to Laura, who took ownership of my enquiry, taking the time to specifically look up the Part and to ensure it fitted my Model Number. Laura advised me that she would make further enquiries and come back to me. Laura actually did what she said she would do and contacted me back, explaining that she would send me an e-mail with a Link to purchase the Parts I needed. I received the e-mail and paid for the Items. This is how Customer Service should be and I have nothing but praise and admiration for Laura in the way my enquiry was dealt with. If Tower have a Staff Recognition Service, I would highly recommend Laura as a candidate, for the way she dealt with my enquiry today.

Unfortunately the sensor bin I purchased became faulty. I contacted customer services and received a response from Liberty promptly. She was absolutely brilliant in resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.

Bean to cup coffee maker developed a fault within a few days. Tower provided excellent customer support and on receipt of photos and video of the product are providing a replacement. A good product and excellent support. Thank you
