We love our Tower Dual Basket air fryer. It has changed the way we do things in the kitchen. Cooking healthily and more unique food choices. Couldn’t be without it. So glad we got one. 5*+.

Great appliance but had to replace old one after a year as the plastic on the trays cracked and the handle broke. Have now taken out the 3 year’s guarantee

If I could give Tower zero stars then I would. Never before have I been so disappointed with a company. They delivered an air fryer with a huge crack down the side of it and the only way of contacting them is by email, yet they do not respond to emails whatsoever. I have been emailing them for weeks now. And am now having to go down the route of writing to the ombudsman to try and get my money back. Never before have I complained about anything in my entire life. I am normally just the sort of person that puts up with things but this is poor customer service at another level.

I had the dual drawer 9lt tower and really liked it but this one is slightly smaller but is in my opinion a lot better, it just cook's things quicker plus because I have had a air fryer before it's a lot easier to understand. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this air fryer.

I wish zero stars was an option. My parcel was a week late as they use the worst courier (1 guess who that is...) and now it has FINALLY arrived the box is battered and so naturally I'm not happy about this. Your customer service has been appalling and despite asking THREE TIMES to make a complaint, I've been ignored every time. Responses are few and far between from the customer service email and when they come it's evident they have not even read the previous correspondence seeing as they don't answer ANYTHING which only increases my frustration. My suggestion would be to avoid TOWER at all costs if you value being treated fairly, they haven't even offered to refund my delivery charge.

Simply one of my favourite most used kitchen appliances. Absolutely delighted with my Tefal Soupmaker. Easiest way to produce 1.5litres of delicious home made soup.No chemicas/additives just pure vegetables and my own spices. Highly recommended. Such a healthy option. All done in 20 minutesx

Looks good, feels fairly solid! Downside is the instructions are very poor. If you could post on line a video how to use the various settings that would be very helpful!

My 10 and one air fryer went on the blink so I have replaced it with the two drawer 8 L. I was disappointed it didn’t come with racks to lay your food as the 10 in one you go everything which was amazing. I have ordered racks for the drawers and also i think the option to buy the one big drawer would be a good idea. If you can buy it, can you let me know where that to

Excited to use ! Not to heavy and fits into perfect kitchen space as I have a small galley kitchen ! Anyway Just arrived . Did the dry test run.. looking for the recipe book QR code .. would love to see a video of the tower being used for multipurpose foods etc ??? Is that possible . Will update after a weeks cooking … excited to rustle up a few ideas and get the family feedback ! My daughter mentioned bagel pizzas ! And my son said he used his flat mates Tower for 3 years at uni !

Paid for next day delivery, hasn't arrived. Address isn't complete on Evri website but is on my invoice, so worried that it won't get any further in the delivery system. I've tried getting in touch but have been told it will take 3 business days to respond to me. Poor.
