“The black colour is quite sleek and looks nice in my kitchen. Good value for money with decent oven space. Find the controllers a bit less than straightforward. Unsure if I can use both hotplates together or together with the oven on. Really pleased it has a three year warranty. Only just removed from the box, so haven't used the product yet. Impressive guarantee for a small appliance nowadays. My brother has a similar table top cooker, this was a factor in my purchasing decision. I thought the white model looked a little clinical. Would have liked to see an internal light inside the oven, to view cooking progress more easily; and maybe a fan assisted oven for more energy economy. Loose the timer and have separate controls instead of a multi function controller. A slightly longer flex would have been advantageous too. Comes with a nice large oven tray. The rotisserie looks good, but fan assisted oven would have been a more favourable option out of the two, in my opinion. Would have been happy to pay extra for a self cleaning oven, definitely. Hopefully my balanced critique is helpful to you as a manufacturer and to other customers planning on making a purchase. I hope my purchase was a good decision and I enjoy using the product in years to come. Thank you.”

“Bought a Model T17088 Air Fryer, which still works fine, but the trays have fallen apart. The plastic that holds them to the handles has perished, resulting in the handles falling off. I have raised this issue only to be told that there are no replacement items to be had and that I will just have to keep checking every month to see if any are ever available. Not a great advert for your product. The fryer works fine but the trays will fall apart and you can't get hold of any replacement. I was hoping that I would be put on a waiting list and would be able to get replacement trays asap but to be told "Unfortunately, we do not have stock of the trays you require, and advise you to check back in 30 days or possible check websites such as Amazon and eBay." was not the proactive response that a customer focus company should give. I don't understand why you are risking a bad review over something like this, that could have been handled so much better!”

“My air fryer melted, I sent it off to be checked by the team at tower and I have had no response in over a month. My phone calls and emails are being ignored, I'm a lot of money out of pocket and their customer service has been below standard. 2 months I have had no use of my air fryer and I have still not received a refund or any type of compensation, especially when it burnt me due to it overheating. Absolutely shocking.”

“Brilliant customer service I had a couple of lids aririve with one lid broken, they went above and beyond to solve the problem and couldn't have been more apologetic. I bought the black diamond set of pans and you need not use oil in the frying pan because the no stick surface is 7 times better than normal Seriously impressed with these products and the customer service. There a must have in anyone kitchen and they look like they should cost double. Brilliant”
