I had an issue with my recently purchased Tower Air fryer and have to say the customer service I received was first class, the issue was resolved with the minimal amount of fuss and a replacement dispatched immediately.

I love all the Tower products and we have a few such as toaster, kettle, canisters. I unfortunately had a problem with my kettle and Annie helped ensure the process was smooth to provide a new one under warranty. Brilliant customer service as well as Brilliant products. Thank you

I just received my 10 in 1 air fryer and tried to register using the registermywarrenty address but was taken to a white goods sales room with no registry and when I added the / as on the address it took me to a vpn place. I’m now worried when I plug this thing in if it will cook or wash clothes. :) Anyone else have problems registering?

Had an issue with my sensor bin however it was still in warranty, I contacted Tower customer service via email, I got a reply within 72 hours and my query was resolved within 2 days after, and I was been told that a replacement product is dispatched. Very happy with Annie who was responsible to take care of our problem.

Ordered a replacement pull out tray with trivet for my Air fryer, I have to say its better than the one that came with it originally. Very pleased with it and how quickly it came. Thank you

I inherited an old unused unboxed Tower Pressure cooker without instructions. Despite the best efforts of Josh from Tower unfortunately no instructions were available as the product was obsolete. The product was not actually a Tower brand - the original brand having been bought over by Tower a number of years ago. I can’t fault the customer service though
