Bought the Tower 5in1 11ltr air fryer in november.little or no instructions to help navigate the machine. Didn't realise the timer switch was not working, as I was nervous using it at first, until I DID realise the timer knob was not working after some burnt food!! Contacted retailer where I purchased they were unable to offer me a replacement model so gave me a full refund. Tower customer service said they could not offer a discount voucher for me to use and buy another ..... Thought it was the least they could have done, but obviously NOT! Am looking to replace air fryer as I did find it very good even thought the timer did not work.

Hi Thanks for your comments about your Tower Air Fryer. I was disappointed to read your comments. Your Air Fryer was purchased via a 3rd Party Retailer and in the rare event of a fault we direct our customers back to the retailer where the product was purchase in line with the terms of the warranty. We have been unable to use our Tower 5 litre Tower Air Fryer, Digital Model Vortx T17089 (we think) because there was no handbook or recipe /guide included. The handbook provided was for a different model

Yes it looks BUT. Fault drawer on B side can’t close the drawer, emailed tower but all I got was will reply in 7 days. This isn’t good as cannot really use the unit. Awaiting answer !!!!!!!!

Received my airfryer on 7th Dec which had clearly been dropped or bashed around by the courier, wrote with photos of the area of chipped plastic at the top corner which makes it unusable and damage to the box to Tower customer services on 8th as it was the only option for contact. Received an auto response to say due to high demand I would receive a response within 7 working days. This morning saw a request to review the product. The airfryer looks great and I'm looking forward to using it when it's replaced. I'll update my review to reflect the response from customer service when I have one and the airfryer itself when I can use it.

Up to now it is in my oven but not used yet. I am waiting for my cook book from yourselves which I scanned on the box it was bought in to see how and what I can cook. Once j do cook something then if I get another questionnaire I will let you not.

I bought a airfryer nov 2021. I can’t get in touch with anyone from Tower to help me. It has stopped working and the shop told me to get in touch with Tower. Different sites asking for card details which I ain’t giving. Please help me I am desperate

Cooks quick and is cheaper to run if you only cooking small things. Food on top shelf cooks much much quicker so be careful where you put stuff, for me a drawback is the rotisserie because of the mechanism it means you can't have a shelf in the middle, the bottom and middle shelves are far too close together

Very happy with product but very unhappy with the couriers you used only received it Monday box was very badly damaged no security Tab on box if I buy again from you would not buy if it is coming by evri couriers

Bought 5 in 1 air fryer and smokeless grill to replace my breville halo halogen cooker which we used on a daily basis and had given out. Seems to be an adequate replacement however I am a bit disappointed with the instruction booklet which is not very easy to follow and is also in very small and feint font. Also the temperature tables aren't very detailed. I think a few more details would be very helpful, eg which way to stand the grill pan and can it be used both ways? The fb groups are more helpful. That said, will persevere with trial and error.

I’m really disappointed in the capacity of this air fryer. I have 5 in our family so when looking for air fryers went for the largest one I could find. The one I purchased said it can cook for 6-8 people!! NO WAY does it cook for that many. I couldn’t even get enough chips and chicken goujons in it for 3 people. So feel it’s a total waste of money for me as I can’t cook something in one go for the whole family. I haven’t cooked a great deal in there for that reason so can’t give to much feedback on the actual cooking but on a positive it cooked lovely jacket potatoes but again I had to cook them in 2 batches.

I’ve recently received a brand new Tower 9L Dual Basket Vortx Air Fryer T17088 Vortex unfortunately tray No1 runs for 15 seconds and then beeps with error code E1 I’ve no receipt so not sure what to do?
