I had a problem with my air fryer and phoned customer service. I got through straight away and I spoke to Laura who was extremely friendly, polite and helpful from the outset. She took a few details from me and then sent me a link via email so that I could provide more details of my issue. The air fryer was not working correctly. Within couple of hours of making the initial phone call and filling in the replacement form on line Laura emailed me to say that a new replacement was on its way and I would get it within five days. Unbelievable service 👏. Absolutely fantastic Excellent communication and customer service. Laura was brilliant and made the experience completely stress free. Would definitely recommend Tower.

I have purchased a few items from tower and they are great. I have recently messaged them regarding an item. They were great very fast reply and solved the problem straight away. Customer service is fantastic.

My item was missing the instructions, I contacted Tower customer service via e.mail, the response was brilliant, Annie replied and forwarded the complete instructions which we downloaded , all in about half an hour, super service. 👌👌👌👌👌👌👌

this is not really a bad review ,just wondering why my air fryer wont light up, i bought it on april 13th , everything was great now it wont even light up?

I have an 18month old Ceraglide iron that is no longer functional because I need a replacement filter and cannot get hold of one for love or money! The advice given was to ring in the next 30 to 40 days to see if Tower then had them in stock or to search the web, which the advisor did whilst I was on the phone and couldn't find any. so iam still left with a relatively new iron I can't use!!!!

Outstanding customer service ! Liberty the customer service person I was dealing with was amazing from start to finish it’s taken 8 days in total to report a faulty microwave and to be told a replacement is on its way !! Liberty is a true representation of what customer service should be like … well done Tower - please reward Liberty she most definitely made this so easy.

We had a small problem with an Air Fryer, once we reported the problem with Tower they were very quick in resolving the issue. Hannah In Customer Services was particularly helpful. We can only rate Tower Air Fryers as being brilliant. A truly healthy way to cook. Well done Tower.

I have not received it it should have been de on the 4th from avri they send me email to say that they tryed my home but I was in all day and they said they delive it on the 5th but I'm still waiting
