Ordered a 9 litre air fryer which arrived but had damaged packaging and no instruction booklet. Tried to call but you get through to a recorded message telling you to send an email to their customer service department as they are so busy. The response to the email is an automated response advising they'll get back to you in 7 days. Still no response one week later. Now at the point of contacting Trading Standards or Citizens Advice Bureau to see if they can get a response. Based on this I suggest you avoid Tower Housewares like the plague.

One of my Leadership Team have contacted you today to establish if your Air Fryer is in working condition. In addition, an Instruction Manual is being forwarded to you. Payed for next day delivery and hasnt turned up . Tryed calling customer service and just said email us . Where is the customer service there is non . Iv tryed ringing the delivery company no answer , so what is the point in me paying for next day delivery if im not going to get it next day , i no its only £4.99 but still i payed for next day so i want £4.99 i payed back as i havent got the item next day

Placed an order on the 21 November for the vortex xl Air fryer, so far no airfryer but have taken the money. I have no idea what is going on as have had no communication from them. Phone number does not work as they tell you to email, you email then it takes 7 days for them to reply. I wish I had read the reviews before placing my order.

Absolutely disgusted had this air fryer TODAY used it and it’s blown and almost set on fire. Tried to contact Tower and nothing! Could have started a fire!!!

Terrible customer service received a damaged air fryer on the 17th November & emailed straight away automated response saying someone will get back to me.. It's now the 28th & still no reply ... I need to return this item ASAP.. Why is there no returns label in the box saving time etc... You have taken £ 200 from me... I want a refund please .. Awful experience & ongoing ... Very annoying..

I just cooked a small roast beef with roasted frozen potatoes in 35 minutes. Admittedly it was a little over cooked but it tasted and smelt great so much so I was into my 2nds before I even thought to take a picture!

Love it. For when it's just two of us at home it saves turning on the normal oven. It cooks really well and efficiently. I think it has already paid for itself.

Absolutely shocking service. We gifted a set to a family member as well as purchasing a set for ourselves at the same time. Kettle has gone wrong in less than the year. Offered to choose a completely different one as you have none to replace. I purchased a set to match for a reason so I want the whole set replaced. Surprise surprise 2 days now with Absolutely no response to my e mails considering I was given 48 hours to reply this Is out of order. I am Absolutely disappointed with this company and the fact you can't supply new items to cover your faulty ones. have a 4 month baby to boil kettle for and can't. Boiling water in pans to get by! Absolutely shocking that you haven't helped quicker because of this. The kettle leaks water all through the dial and down to the electrics. Do not buy from this company!

I have just unpacked my air fryer, not yet summoned up courage to use it. Have attempted to read instruction book and it’s virtually impossible to read! Tiny, extremely faint print, most odd and not all helpful. This is why I have not attempted to use the air fryer as trying to work it outmyself, as even with my magnifyer reading glasses, still struggling👎 Somewhat disappointed although the machine looks fab.

Love it, everything cooks more quickly than an oven , and cheaper too. Food seems more crispy. I've been a fan for a few years, long before others realised they could save.

The customer service is a disgrace. To hear only a voice message when you call saying sorry due to the time of year we are very busy so please e-mail us instead. Maybe you need to employ some phone staff. You e-mail get stupid auto response, very very un-professional. All I wanted is to return an item and you are doing your best to make it as hard as possible. Seems Ian has time to respond to reviews though
