Good little efficient oven. Shelves don't fit well too tight on the width. Needs on or off light switch. Could do with a bell to tell you when it switches off like a microwave. Control knobs need white marker.

I recently searched 'amazon' and many other online outlets for an Airfryer, for my desired size and price range all were out of stock. A friend suggested I try Freemans, (are they still in business?) ...and I did, not only did I get what I wanted, received it within 48 hours with clear and precise paperwork. Thankyou. From now on Freemans will be my first choice.

Had the Tower 10-1 for a day now and so far very pleased with the results. New to air frying and it would have been helpful if the recipe book would be bigger and showing simpler meals to prepare. The silicone mitts are not very good as they got hot very quickly and I had to drop the tray.

Had ordered a 9L Dual Air Fryer even though they had increased it to £199.99 before letting it go back on sale. and was told i would be able to order it the net day when it was £150. Once it arrived i contacted Tower via email saying i want to return the fryer as i changed my mind on paying £200 and that the box was damaged. had raised the return form, and confirmed that Yodel had returned the item back for the past few days now. still had no refund. made several attempts to contact them about my refund, complete silence no response from tower what so ever about me ever getting my money back.

I purchased a tower vortex air fryer a couple of months ago, I have just used for the first time, I am absolutely blown away by it, I really didn't expect it to do what it says it can, I cooked frozen roast potatoes and stuffing balls, and it does exactly what it says it does, amazing food, half the cooking time of an oven, WOW and not a bad price either. I would most definitely recommend it.

Purchased the duel air fryer on the 17th October, still haven’t received it, emailed them nothing back phoned them to be cut off every time absolutely shocking company!!!

I use Aquajet plus carpet washer to clean the carpet in my house it was really great, did a wonderful job quickly and very easy to use Good price Recommend

Sent email to Tower few days ago about non stick surface coming off grill .I have had l have had the dry fryer from June as a present.I am very annoyed as l sent an email a few days ago ,no response as yet.l have been very careful washing in warm soapy water.l have had to get a new grill as l don't think it is safe to use it as it is.l would like to send you photos but not quite there yet .Please reply asap . Unable to contact Tower not taking phone calls or answering e.mail I sent one over a week ago, not answered. I only want a simple answer nothing too taxing for the staff I suppose they are working from home and can''t be bothered. I will not buy this make again.

Recently purchased Air Fryer as a gift for a family member. Found it hard to register to extend warranty to 3 yr on the website as per the marketing literature. But no reference on the website. Does not create good perception. Perhaps there is another way?

What a joke, I have purchased two of the air fryers, no communication about delivery on the website it says next day delivery, I have been waiting 12 days, they dont answer there phones and don’t reply to emails…. Going to have to a claim back from my credit card company …… AVOID

Ordered a 9l air fryer on 28th October, paid £199.99 and also paid for next day delivery i have looked on my account and no order shows up tried ringing no one answers but said on confirmation e-mail if urgent to ring ! have not had e-mail to say it has been dispatched wondering what is going on can you help my order number 47271.
