I had to return a Tower T10057 Glass kettle due to a fault. It took 2 long weeks and many emails and photographs as required by Tower C/S to establish the reasons for the return request. If it wasn't for the efficiency of Annie at C/S, it would have taken much longer, no doubt. Tower have a good selection of Kettles and Toasters. The price is reasonable considering the 3 year warranty provided. The website is user friendly and works well. I am not sure about their Next Day offer for an extra pound. It took 48 hours for mine to arrive. I wrote an email to C/S to query this. I received no response? (I should have directed the email to Annie, I have no doubt that she would have replied fairly quickly) On the whole. I am happy with Tower products and not too impressed with their C/S (with the exception of Annie) I suggest for Tower's marketing team to look at some Lean management Techniques to streamline the business, if Tower is ambitious enough to compete with the best.

Product was exactly as expected, and arrived quickly, but in a box about 10" square - for a wingnut, which could have been put in a small padded envelope with a second-class stamp, instead of the ridiculous £3.99 delivery charge

I had purchased the Tower Air Fryer T17005 and had watched videos on You Tube and downloaded the instruction manual on the Amazon website which both said the drawer and basket were dishwasher safe. My purchase arrived with a smaller instruction manual which informed me that the drawer and basket were NOT dishwasher safe and should NEVER be placed in a dishwasher. I felt rather confused and declined to phone Tower and was informed straight away that the items should not be placed in a dishwasher. I cannot understand why people should give the wrong information about a product which is very misleading and untrue.

I purchased my air fryer on the 6th July 2021 T17024 and i find it totally different from the air fryers i have purchased before. I find the handle gets very hot and the button you push in to lift the basket also gets very hot. My wife who is partially sighted could lift the other baskets no problem but with this one she won`t as it is to hot to handle.

I got one of these air fryers and I loved it so disappointed it only lasted about 3 months the knob is faulty and it’s not working at all .

Great to cook with but delicate finish soon wears off Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 March 2021 Brilliant non stick easy to use pan hugely let down by a fragile exterior coating worn through to bare metal after less than three months. Tower had absolutely no interest of addressing the problem only to say they do not give any warranty for external finish. Pan was used on a gas hob. Worth noting that some of the additional pans purchased at the same time are now showing bare metal near the base.

Do not use this company. The service is shocking. I have not received an order that was supposed to have been despatched on 31 December. The payment has been taken from my account. They are saying they can’t cancel the order. Telling me now to contact Hermes who have never received the order.

"Extend your Warranty" section is dismal. Having entered details twice the site takes me back to the beginning. no recognition as to whether the system has accepted details or not. i hope that if I need the extended warranty in the future it won't be refused!!
