I have been emailing for over a week now and still had no reply I bought the combination bins 2 x 25lts (goes on top) and 1 50 lts I also bought the bin liners that was said to fit the 50 Lts rectangular bin but unfortunately do not fit all I want is an answer to tell me what bin liners I need !!!!!

the tower 2.2L frier is a great item and so clean to use compared to old day chip friers. price is good and comes with 3 year warranty. we had issues with ours and getting replacemnt sent and all sorted quickly and efficently. well done to Tower

Beware - I ordered two items on the 9th Nov 2021 on a next day delivery only one item arrived 48 hours later. Nobody answers the phones, raised two online tickets raising the shortage, now the 15th November 2021 on response to date! Not great customer service and I am currently £70 out of pocket. You have been warned.

Order placed 29th October for next day delivery. Order not received 15th November. Telephone support goes onto a loop and three emails unanswered. Had to cancel order .

This time last week our Airfryer dial had split and so it was out of use. Contacted the service dept online and Annie responded. She immediately ordered a new dial and I received it by Wednesday, unfortunately I couldn't make it fit so Annie sent me a video of how to fit it. In no time at all I had it fixed. Thanks to Annie and her patience. Thank you so much

I had purchased the Tower Air Fryer T17005 and had watched videos on You Tube and downloaded the instruction manual on the Amazon website which both said the drawer and basket were dishwasher safe. My purchase arrived with a smaller instruction manual which informed me that the drawer and basket were NOT dishwasher safe and should NEVER be placed in a dishwasher. I felt rather confused and declined to phone Tower and was informed straight away that the items should not be placed in a dishwasher. I cannot understand why people should give the wrong information about a product which is very misleading and untrue.

Cannot fault you customer services, excellent response and no problem getting through. Spoke to Megan, who actually listened and dealt with missing part very efficiently, a delightful young lady. She advised delivery 3-5 working days, but was super speedy and arrived in 2 days. Looking forward to using my air cooker. A huge thank you to Megan & well done Tower. A refreshing change to have confidence in a brand name who deserves my business & praise.

Tower bin: starts to corrode after 1 year. No reply from customer service after a month after sending two emails / opening a case. Very poor quality / customer service and can certainly NOT last multiple years.

Excellent customer service. There was an issue with an online discount code not working which they resolved very quickly and despatched my order straightaway. There was a further issue when the Hermes courier dropped my package over the garden gate which broke a saucepan handle - customer service sorted out a replacement straightaway and I received it 2 days later.

I had a sensor bin which wasn’t working - the lid wouldn’t close fully. So I tried to activate the warranty and despite some runaround initially where Morphy Richards couldn’t ship a replacement as I’m living in Ireland (Brexit I assume) they had to refer me to another company and they agreed to replace the damaged lid. Their communication was helpful and professional and speedy. I expect the replacement to arrive in 7-10 days.

I was pleased to find that the Steam Generator Iron we purchased was an English based company, although I am aware that most products are still made in China and that’s not going to change overnight but it’s a start. I always try to buy British products if I can, we have also recently just purchased a Mitchell and Brown, TV from the same Electric Goods shop that we purchased the steam iron from, that also is English based, as long as you make the products I believe that people like myself will buy them.
