"We needed to replace our old cordless, and since I already own several Tower products which I've been pleased with, started researching what cordless vacuums they offered in their range. We don't have pets, but chose the Tower VL40 model specifically, because although the battery \/ power is similar to others in the range, it included more attachments, which make it more useful for our purposes, mostly for use on stairs and upholstery, and daily quick carpet refresh in between main cleaning. Conveniently, it includes a basic wall bracket for use whilst charging, and a swappable brush roller, with 2 included, 1 for carpet, 1 for hard floors, but also a seperate, smaller 'turbo' head (perfect for stairs!), with a crevice and upholstery brush, which both store neatly on the vacuum. \r\nWe've had the cleaner in use for about a month now, and it works perfectly, although depending on carpet, generally need to use the higher power setting. Battery life is fine, and so far as expected, between 20-30 mins depending on power mode, and even with the battery pack, it's actually super lightweight, so my wife finds it much easier to use too. It all feels very well made and designed, unlike our previous model, and although the canister is smaller, it's much easier to empty, and clean the all important filter and roller, although it's anti tangle design works well.\r\nIt was a great price, and with the additional guarantee when you register, excellent overall value for money, but more importantly, it works great, so very pleased with our purchase (Ordered direct from Tower's website)\r\n\r\n"
