Good but the plastic handles on my first one just chipped away, felt it shouldn’t have done that for the price over a short period of time!

Absolute rubbish… bought airfryer for my daughter as moving into first house. As it happened house needed more major renovation that anticipated. Fryer sat for over 12 months unopened… when went to use it … faulty. Would not start.. Tower & Argos not interested!! Outside of 12 month period … couldnt care less !!! Shop elsewhere…

Purchased the 65 litre ozone sensor bin and I highly would not recommend. First set of batteries I put in lasted 3 days so I purchased more expensive high power batteries, after just a couple of weeks the bin lid is only opening half way and now requires a set of new batteries. Waste of money.

Very unhappy with my dual drawer tower. This is the second one I bought from Aldi. First one the power went within a day and I returned it. This the second one I wish I could bring back but lost the receipt. The function buttons on the front are now becoming unresponsive and very difficult to get it going at all. Not at all great

You expect people to register their products .....the online service does not recognise the model, so one rings customer service , the automated message refers you to register online.... A service that goes not recognise the model number , hardly a service , no wonder Hisense is doing so well

Superb Service from Elle, Tower Customer Services. From start to finish Elle was very professional in the way she handled my wish to use my warranty regarding a faulty Kettle. Our exchanges of emails were instant by her I never had to wait once for her reply. She was a very knowledgeable young lady and a new kettle is on its way. An excellent asset for Tower. Thank you Elle you truly was a star!!!

Bought air fryer earlier this year. One of the rubber feet on the grill part has come off. I have registered for warranty. Customer services states out of stock, please contact us in 30 days. I have done. Still spares are not in stock. Contact us in 30 days. Pathetic, if in warranty should be replacing whole fryer.

Bought the 1.5litre 900w air fryer. Makes enough frozen chips for 2. I bought it for the caravan because of the low wattage/voltage. I don't have to put the gas oven on for small things like spring, roll etc It doesn't take much space up and when not in use fits neatly in the cupboard. A good price from a company I trust. For me it's a really good buy.
